Seed banks with High CBD low THC (less than 1%)???

Take a look at Growerschoiceseeds.com. They are based out of Cali now, although I do believe there was someone with the same name across the pond. (these guys may still be affiliated I don't know). I do know that I too am on the eastern seaboard as you and have ordered a couple of times from them and the seeds have arrived pretty quickly. They don't have an autoflower CBD strain that I'm aware of but they do offer some high CBD low THC photo fems.

Ck out Greenpoint seeds (Colorado) they sell both reg & fem, I have not grown their cbd but their photo reg & fem seeds have been good to us... Also ck strainly.com you'll find lots to look at some dirt cheap some are holy crap really.. Lol

You could speak to @Dinafem-Mark directly he may be able to help you out I'm growing my 3rd dinamed kush cbd auto it's very high cbd and low thc and it's a fast finishing strain I can post some pics if you want growbro

When is that hemp bill expected to be action? Been introduced for a while now. And you are looking specifically for less than .3% thc?

I got some CBD jack Herrer from Linda seeds. They were cheap and i am happy with the strain. Not too powerful on the high.
