New Grower Second Grow Different Set Up

Had a question now that im getting close to harvest. The hubby amd i will be trying the paperbag method. Now i will be hanging these bags in my tent, my lights will be removed. Do i leave my carbon filter on high or should i turn it on low? I really want this drying and curing process to be perfect.

ok i used the brown paper bag method for drying.... heres a thread all about it: https://www.autoflower.org/threads/drying-in-a-brown-bag.19673/
but long story short if you dont have time to read it right now is after you harvest and trim, wou wanna take the buds off the stems for the most part.. into nugs no bigger than golf balls to reduce the risk of mold, and only one layer per bag. then i like to set them in the same room as my tent because of the constant moving air around in the room. dont have a fan blowing on the bags tho... you can do the same in your tent. i wouldnt have your carbon filter on high tho. i dont know what size fan you have but id say 1/3 power or so... and a rought time frame for when they are done is for example: if your RH is 40% add 1 day to that to make 5 days.... so 50%RH in the drying area= ~6 days in the bag... what i did on my first time is checked them after 2 days just to make sure they were ok.. just check out that link i provided you and that will fi in the blanks!:d5:

Hey guys. How ive missed you all. Work has consumed me. On a side note. I dont have any great changes. My buds have fattened a bit. Hubby cut a bud off each plant an we are doing the paperbag method however i thought doing it this way it wouldnt smell like hay.. Guys i have this smell. Theyve been in the bag 2 days now. Is there a way to get rid of this hay smell or iam stuck with it? Last round i hung upside down in my tent an got the same smell. Is there something were doing wrong? Lots of people say using the paperbag method it holds in the fragrence and they dont get the hay smell. Iam so dissapointed.we got a shit ton of bud to. Just waiting on them to finish up so we can harvest an really see what we got. Any help would be great

ok what i noticed with the paper bags is if you only put 1 little bud in a bag it still has alot of ait space in that bag and still kinda gives off tht grassy smell. ive never had this problem when i harvested a full plant. also keep the bags closed as much as possible. i dont even check them until day 3 and then every other day they usually stay in the bag for 5-7 days
dont be discouraged, ive also noticed that the buds smell great when you put them in the bag then they will lose that smell get a little grassy and then back to smellling better again...
