New Grower Second Auto Grow.......... Afghan Kush Ryder

6/4
I planted in small rockwool cubes inside 5gal fabric pots.

I kept the temperature at 78 F and humidity at 79%

I was afraid that the coco would wick the water away from the rockwool so I watered the cubes daily with about 6ml of phd water & calmag.

Today 6/8
1 popped all the way while the other 3 are showing the stem but still folded downward.

So I turned on one of the 350watt full spec led and the exhaust fan. The exhaust fan brings my humidity all the way down to 60%. Should I have the exhaust on this early on or can it wait??? I kinda think the humidity is more important right now.

That's exactly how I sow my seeds, good luck

I'm on my first grow with one of these going now! Still survived after all of my newbie abuse, my first 4 weeks, rh in the tent stayed in the low 40s and I didn't really see any slow down, she flowered around day 20, then after that rh jumped up to around 60, so I put the fan below the canopy to blow some of that moisture to the exhaust, now sits around 47
I find that I need to run my exhausted 24/0 just to keep the humidity down. It tends to climb overnight when everything was off

3 DAYS INTO WEEK 2

Mine also had that lower leaf curl, on the third picture, lookin good

Looking good so far. One thing i would watch is that high humidity. 60 is the highest i would ever go, anything more your risking dampening off and other problems with mold and other forms of fungus growth. I never let my grows go above 55% to avoid such issues.
Thats good to know because I've had to turn my exhaust up to bring the heat down to 78 .....it also brought the hum down to 53%

I wonder what's causing that......the newer leaves look fine....plus I don't see much curlage on the other girls...

It could quite possibly be just a phenotype maybe
