Outdoor Season 3: Year of the Widow's Blues Dutch vs Holland growoff photos and autos

What do you do to fight the bugs?

Nothing.....very few plants cannot outgrow the damage caused, and once flower sets in bugs seem to leave them alone. I do take small amounts of pleasure hunting the leafhoppers each day....when/if i can catch them that is!!

Man you got some CRAZY plants....if I had a foot tall with some good branching starting at this time of year I'd be happy. Looks like your on track for another 40 pounds of back yard "medicine",I am so sorry for you, you must be really sick...haha.

I am very hurting bud..a broken neck causes tons of throw back stuff medically to deal with...chronic pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, lack of appetite, amongst other things. I grow many different strains in search of the best effects for my severe medical problems. I was once asked by a specialist doctor to describe my pain...i told him "Imagine a screwdriver being jammed into your spine in the neck at the base of the skull, and then rake it up and down the spine every 2 minutes for 15 years, 24 hours a day".
I also have an old friend also ironically with a broken back, that i supply with meds(for free).

Coincidence or what....I also had a broken neck, wore a halo brace for 86 days, got the picture.

Hey bud....absolutely great to hear bud!! Hopefully everything is going well for you!! Look forward to see some pics from you! Plants going well?

Aghhh, mate... this season has been challenging - for different reasons this year. Last year it was the animals that got my plants, but security was fine all year around. This year I haven't had any animal issues whatsoever, but this time it is my security has been compromised and my plots busted. After the initial security setback, and the loss of numerous plants, I was hit yet again when a logging company rolled up nearby and started felling trees, and a few days later, they were within a stones throw of my plants. I could even see the parked up machinery from where my plants stood! Basically, I had to dig up my remaining autos, at 1 week old, stuff all 10 of them in a rucksack and transfer them to different locations. Those autos are fine now as I got them in the ground again safely, elsewhere... but it definitely shocked the shit out of them and I have definitely compromised my final yield. They are worse off for sunlight in their new spots as well.

As you said a few posts back, it's all about getting the best possible start with autos... and I did not... But on the plus side, I'm just about to put the Cindy Jack and Glueberry OG autos in the cornfield

Anyway, how do you rate your season so far on a whole? You seem to be chugging along smoothly and the plants look great on your end! :smoking:

@English Archer there is always something to go wrong in the great outdoors. Glad to hear you got them moved. I remember checking in on your thread early on , and thinking you had a lot of plants started early, then thread locked ? Hope to see an update somewhere, sometime.

Good luck out there.

Yeah, I saw that on the other page man. I was just curious to hear your opinion on your season so far, and it sounds like it's going exactly according to plan. You will be reaping the rewards in the next few months. I will definitely be along for the duration of the grow to see how well you do. I'll certainly learn a thing or two as well.

Keep it up dude

Hey man, I asked to have the thread locked, for security purposes, so it would drop down in the topic section and not many people will see it. It's just a temporary thing (due to security) but hopefully I can have it unlocked in the coming weeks, if possible, now that the dust has settled. If not, I'll just start a new diary on here.
