Went fishing today...it was a nice relatively warm day and the fishing was slow, so my buddy proposed we go a shoal in the middle of the lake, which is a 20KM snowmobile ride across the ice!! We had never went out there and there was almost no other sled tracks out that far so it was a bit nerve wracking, but when we started to get close to the spot, we saw a hut, then another, then hundreds of huts!! Fishing was slow...lots of follow ups but not takers...until one beauty 6 pound whitefish grabbed my line and i got him to the top!! Awesome some meat in the freezer!! Sorry no pics
