Decided to give the 3 white chems in the 15ltr pots some LST lovins.

I have used all of kinds of tie-downs, wire, soft wire, pipe cleaners etc, but the one that works best for me are my trusty stainless u shaped pin things.
1 in front of the base to provide an anchor and to bend the stem over and 1 at the furthest point I can whilst no impeding or squashing like this.

The 2 lowest growths get trained back with pins and so on until you end up with something like this

The purple queen on day 50 atm has become a monster using this technique and it has another top dress of living soils bloom2 and barley to go yet. Great genetics by RQS has done most of the work

On a side note my little favourite blue nuggets girl is day 50, no Amber's yet but mostly cloudy.. I'm seeing how far I can push her... Nearly as wide as she is tall... Such a short arse but cute all the same.

Morning everyone.. Little bit of DIY today.
I was singing the praises of the trusty u shaped stainless pins I swear by for lst yesterday, however I hunted about and it seems I'm gonna need more for the white chems I started to LST.
I had a load of thin wire but I tried it once for lst and hated it, so had a brainwave to make some u pins from the wire.. So at 7am this morning I was out in the workshop and knocked these up.

Strong enough to hold branches down and yet stylish for the discerning canna grower

Day 20, it seems I have some very quick girls in this run.. I performed lst on the white chems thinking they would have time to get the benifit, then they decided to start pre flower the next day so that kind of buggered that idea up lol so I gave them a good top dress of bloom which is living soils mix formulated for the stretch phase and we will see. I have left 1 white chem in the square pot un trained so I will have a comparison.

All four blueberry's (front 4) are starting to turn as well.. All really healthy and received the bloom top dress.. I am looking forward to these

The 4 cream cookies x 3bog are the only girls not heading into flower early so they had a good LST today with my stylish home made u pins lol..

It looks a bit like BDSM for plants... But hey, we don't kink shame at Rustys! (ask @nellynugs )
And when your lst'd purple queen looks like this at day 55 it's gotta be worth a cheeky punt

hi all, quick update.
The Living soils top dress amendment didn't last long ..... Its bloody good but doesn't go far and due to only having cash on the hip today and no way of ordering more quickly I had to do call and collect at my local hydro store.
Luckily my fellow growbro @hope2grow has been trialing the ecothrive Biosys with visibly impressive results, I have been looking at the rest of the range so got some of the charge to try too.
Everything has gone into flower really quickly apart from the 4 cream cookies x 3bog, so I'm not going to have much time to boost the soil by the look of it.. I made up some Biosys instant tea and gave all the new run a top dress of charge.

All are growing healthy and happy.. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the new feed.

Quick update and a few picks... All in flower apart from the 4 cream cookies x 3 bog. The LST worked nicely on those. The 2 Lsd x 3bog in 1 pot are chalk n cheese.. 1 is a proper mutant...... The blueberries are lovely looking plants, I really like these.
I harvested the wilderness and wild strawberry, and the purple queen is ready to go with all cloudy and a few Amber's so might get harvested this weekend too.

All apart from purple had a nice drop of Biosys tea today.

It's day 34 and they all just had a good water with Biosys tea. They all also had a 40ml top dress of charge 3 days ago and a bit of defoliation here n there.
The White Chems are displaying at least 2 phenos which is interesting.. One of which is getting really frosty early on.

The 4 cream cookies that got lst'd are coming on lovely.. Its funny, they are the biggest of the lot but seem to prefer half the water, I've just about dialed that in now.. They are the last into the stretch, which is great so I will have harvests spread over a few weeks instead of 1 big one.

The blueberries look really good, really dark healthy plants. 2 phenos across the 4. 2 shorter fatter, 2 thinner taller

I'm also loving the look of the 2 strawberry cookies

They are all flowering beautifully.. I love organic growing. The soil is happy but its time to boost the pk a bit.

Ello all.
I've added some new amendments into the gang today.
Guanokalong powder and Batboost

I need to replace the velokelp for an organic equivalent so may also try their liquid seaweed in the near future too.
Currently all girls are healthy.. The Biosys and Charge have worked really well with the light mix, i am hoping for good results from the Batboost in terms of flavour and bud size. Although even now they are getting really frosty.
Today each pot received a 60g top dress of
Guanokalong powder and watered in with a 2ml per litre mix of Batboost.

Day 54, had a quick scoot round today with the jewelers loop, 3 blueberry are mostly cloudy with a few Amber's and the same for the Strawberry cookies and 1 of the smaller white chems.. I won't be rushing to pull em, I'll keep an eye on them but I reckon I can push em on another week, poss more. The 4 lst'd cream cookies are bigger and look to go lots longer another 3 or 4 weeks.

Decided to harvest the 4 white chems. They had 95 cloudy with 5 amber on last check but I decided to leave em a bit, they hadn't fattened any more when I checked today and had really pushed on the Amber's. So just over 8 weeks. They had some fat buds but the most impressive thing that's changed in my grows with this line up of amendments is the amount of Trichomes and the smell... Omg they absolutely stink like nothing I've grown before.... the Guanokalong bat poo is staying..
