At what point in the plant's life can you take the sample for tissue propagation? In other words, can you take viable samples after you know the plant's full expression?
ANY POINT! You can take a piece of a knuckle after harvesting and create a whole new plant. Any cutting while the plant tissue is still living.

Yep. It makes for very interesting and exciting times. You can see the whole thing flower and the day before you harvest you can take a tissue culture and clone it. NOW the process is slow. But it has been proven that the cloned tissue sample reverts to the original biological clock!
 
I just use a $40 skybasic brand WiFi scope I grabbed off amazon! I also got a microphone stand to hold it so it’s nice and stable for getting shots! As u can imagine getting that close any movement at all and your pic will just be a blurry fuzzy mess! Makes it really easy to focus the shot and then u can hit the zoom button on bottom of scope and really move in for those closeups! :d5:

Dang I had one of this type scopes but couldn’t get that close lol
