I didn’t want qb already had those! Wanted strips cuz you get way more coverage! Lights that are premade don’t seem like they design them for u to get the most efficient canopy coverage.....probably so you’ll buy more to fill the holes! Plus strips run a whole lot cooler by design and in Texas in the summers I need that! Really easy to hit upper 80’s in tent and in bedroom when I have to kick on the exhaust fans etc!

My fault, it would be the same as a chillled or growcraft for a quarter of the price. Do it anyway

Mine will also be like $850 for 640w but it’ll be in a 40”x46”frame so it’s wall to wall coverage! That was the reason I did these cuz I didn’t want a fixture that was gonna have a strong ppfd spot dead under it and much lower at the walls and corners! I coulda waited for Black Friday and actually got something cheaper but wouldn’t be same coverage!

Has anyone grow or done a diary for Kong's breath? I've never done a proper diary but I was thinking of doing one for her. She's on day one just now, in biobizz light mix with a nice wee dash of great white granular.

I was looking at them too! Woulda went with them more than likely to save myself some trouble but I didn’t have no $899 for their 600w fixture!
TO BE HONEST I WENT MY ROUTE CUZ I AM A BROKE ASS MOFO SO I COULD BUILD AS I COULD AORDIT! 1st half of it could use in 2x4 IF IT WOULD FIT NOW BUT THATS A NO GO AS OF THIS MOMENT.....

Figured I’d build 1st half now and could do rest after Biden stimulated my pocket a tad bit more!

Anyway, when lights are on, I have to have the exhaust fan in my 4x4, and the exhaust fan in the surrounding 10x10 room, on at all times to keep temps under control. The other day, I forgot to turn one on, and when I looked at the AC Infinity fan app on my phone, it was in the mid 90s.

I also picked up some Kong's Breath in my last order, and have Magic Cookies as well. I've been growing some freebies first so I can dial things in a bit before growing what I paid for.

There’s many great options. I’ve recently decided to use local shop. Turns out he gives great prices better then most on internet and if I have a problem light comes in that day I leave with something to cover what I bring in. That alone is worth a lot.

OH SHIT I ALMOST FORGOT MY OTHER REASONING WAS JUST WITH MY 2x240w lights it would trip my breaker in my bedroom in hot summer days so figured I needed to get breakers upgraded to handle a bigger load before I put that much wall draw really throwing stuff! As it is to be safe I put this on its own timer on an extension cord to the hallway to split my load so wasn’t enough to throw it just adding in the extra wattage from the 320w! And think the build I saw from greengene he said it’s like 337 at the wall!

Another reason I’d like a fixture is for the fact they can be hooked up to lighting controller to do sunrise/sunset or run just far reds etc for flower initiators! I just didn’t have no $900 plus shipping to get a good strip fixture! I always wind up with height issues also which is why o wanted strips no matter which route I took cuz the efficiency of them u can usually let plants get a lot closer without them winding up with burnt tops! Most qb need 18-20” in flower and even with extension on 2x4 current photos are supercropped and still about 6” from boards on some tops!

Looking for any info about roc's platinum city runtz...a photo release a few drops ago....
I germed 2 PCR, in 3 ltr airpots, 1/27, T5HO 24/0, moved to flower room 2/20, 400+w qb/cobs...yeah, 3 week veg, I like small...
Since they both stretched and took over their section of the grow room, I just fed in place and seldom checked anything more than a casual glance as they're surrounded by autos...
Well damn, my casual glance this morning found one PCR at 20-30% amber on buds...calendar says this plant is only 67 days from seed. WTF...beautiful plant and looks just like the second 'more photo' plant, just much much more done Fruiting is fully under way. Don't mind a fast photo and shows me something I'm doing is speeding up some of the process.
My thoughts are...One PCR is showing auto, the other is truly photo...and I like this shit.
