The sugar leaves don't tend to stick to the bud. The sugar leaves stick out more so you can trim them easier.Do you dry it upright? If so thats an interesting idea..

WAIT! With the amount of sugar on the sugar leaves of your plants you trim them off? Say it ain't so man!!!The sugar leaves don't tend to stick to the bud. The sugar leaves stick out more so you can trim them easier.
Naaaa.......I cut off a stem and then trim all the fan leaves. Those leaves get thrown into a tote with a cooking media. Then it gets trimmed over my trim bin. I'll save them for making hash later.I wanted a very slow dry this time with both girls being VERY frosty.WAIT! With the amount of sugar on the sugar leaves of your plants you trim them off? I dry upright when the plants aren’t so big it would top over my drying rack! Def makes it easier to trim! Even the sugar leafs that do kinda still curl around the bud the “sugar” side is facing up so it’s not like Velcro sticking them to the buds!Do you dry it upright? If so thats an interesting idea..

Otherwise I would have done a wet trim, dry in big paper bags and a fresh frozen dry ice hash run with the sugar leaves
