Cheers Hairy,i will probably make use of my sidelights throughout,they really help the lower buds.

Here she is now after a bit of tucking.Those side branches should come along now.

looking real healthy Red. that peltier thing I bought is ridiculously tiny. it wont help out lol. oh well I spent more on less for research. but I could use it for a res chiller if I ever do hydro. seen these used for that with good results

Thanks for letting me know about the peltier cooler,i was going to use one to keep my res. cool anyway.
I must get it insulated too.

Shes showing signs of being overfed,probably nitrogen,so i diluted the res to 530ppm see if that improves things.
Shes growing upwards now that i knocked the cfls off and the vipar is on full power 29inches above the plant.
I upped the waterings to 4 times a day thats probably why shes showing signs of being overfed.
She still looks good tho.

Coming along nicely and getting filled out! I've been doing the leaf tucking as well. Seems to really work. You can almost pick the sites you want to get more light. I've also been pulling off small new growth from the undercarriage. Sites i know won;t get much light and will only produce wispy bud if any. Put the energy into the tops i figure. You doing any removal as well?
