Thanks for dropping in Elsam, shes been well ventilated throughout so no problems there.they don't look too bothered by the heat. as a matter of fact, she looks nice and healthy. I find with the heat, a good ventilation and air flow seems to be the answer. but I'm going to look into getting that peltier cooling fan. what you call a heat wave I call just another summer day lol
Hey pal bit of advice wanted, I have been feeding with a very healthy run off, getting close too last two weeks should i give it a two week water only flush or since I been feeding with the healthy run off will i get away with seven? Lol @ piano that was funny, I miss that thread but hated it once all the pics got lost
I'm looking into the peltier unit myself. atm I don't have any a/c where the tent is. I live in a 2 story house and the living space up top with a garage on the ground floor and that's where the tent is. the a/c in the living quarters helps a little in the garage, not much but a few degrees. I do have a small peltier de-humidifier in the tent, but it only puts out a little cooler air,not enough to make a difference but high rh is my other summer problem. the only obstacle I see with the peltier cooler is 1 side is cold while the other side puts out heat. I think we'll need to fabricate ducting to keep the hot side away from the grow area. I found some peltier cooling fans on Amazon for about $20-30 usd so I'm ordering one and will keep you updated.peaceThanks for dropping in Elsam, shes been well ventilated throughout so no problems there.
I think a peltier cooler would work well in a small operation like mine.Im going to try them anyways to see how they go.
Wont they dehumidify the air as well when it is cooled?
Im going to need something if we keep getting heatwaves like this, lol.
Do you have an A/C unit with the temps you get?
