Also you have 4 with problems and 4 without but if nothing changes the other 4 will develop the same problems, they are just a bit more resilient than the ones that showed spots first.
okey thanks for everything man ! going to fix this now asapAlso you have 4 with problems and 4 without but if nothing changes the other 4 will develop the same problems, they are just a bit more resilient than the ones that showed spots first.
no i just spray em with plain waterif you are spraying seedlings that young with nutes then that is nute burn on the leaves bro, seedlings really dont need much nutes for about 10 days(unless in coco) they take all they need from the first round leaves.
what is wrong with my seedlings?View attachment 648170 View attachment 648171 View attachment 648172 View attachment 648173
The problem came a few days earlier so they had not been transplanted to rockwool when the sympoms occured at first.
My RH was 75-80 % so I lowered it because I thought that it could be te problem.
temps at the plant top is about 22.4 C and
temp where the seed is is about 22.1 C I know this because of the use of a heating mat
These symtoms r showing on 4 out of 8 seedlings
oh yeah I also spray on the tops like 1-2 times a day..
I thought first that it was due to spraying the root it plugs and thefore causing overwatering but i dont think so anymore because the leaves dont hang a bit..
thx in beforehand fellas
thanks for the input! The spots are caused by PH issues.
did you soak the rockwool in ph 5.5 water for 30 minutes before using? Rockwool has a ph between 7-8, too high for canna to grow in properly.
Test water using a meter only, test strips are worthless, the are grossly inaccurate.
thanks for the input!
I soaked them for a weak. I phd the water to like 5.6 just before i put them in than after 3 days again when the phd had climbed up then a third time a couple of minutes (could have been 30 mins more or less) before I transplanted the root it plugs into them.
I use a good ph meter.
Honestly efter looking around it looks like phosphourus def.
about 1 hour ago I watered them by just soaking the bottom of the cubes in a nute mix of dutch pro grow A+B and some calmag with the EC of 0.8 and Ph 5.5. I hope it will solve my problem we will see tomorrow.
yeah but it seems very strange because the spots started before I put them in rockwool so how is it possible?those plants are too young to show nutrient deficiencies. It a ph issue, I'm willing to bet on it.
