Its my pleasure my friend  No rep needed. Just want to help everyone enjoy there life again like i do now. One thing I forgot to mention is the supplements themselves. First off all are not created equal and most have sugar or non plant based glycerin in them. These items are not good for you and effect ph as well. I personally recommend gmo free, allergen free, all natural supplements and raw vitamins because the uptake is better and there is no toxins or chemicals to counter act what you are trying to achieve. Stylez with that being said 2000iu is to low imo. Step up to 5000iu a day and check out this company for supplements http://nutrigold.com/. There products are all natural and work extremely well. I will put some more links up in a thread for safe and effective supplements soon my friends :smokebuds:

Ph up to 5.0 tonight!!!!
Better than the last time.

It is kind of hard to get it up to acceptable levels when I am hungry but cannot stand the sight of food yet....
Managed to keep one green tea down this morning though!

So after meditation h202 therapy my ph tested at 7.4 and I feel great. For those of you that maybe interested here is more info on h202 therapy which I truly believe is the simpliest way to improve your well being my friends http://educate-yourself.org/cancer/benefitsofhydrogenperozide17jul03.shtml
I am so glad I found this thread and that you posted this link. I was gonna ask opinions about it anyway for oxygenating the blood. I started h2o2 therapy from this thread around 3 weeks ago. Drinking food grade, brushing teeth, bathing in it washing my body with it acne breaks out then goes away, worked on my sisters cold sore. My gout seems to be going away. Leg cramps from nerve damage of a back surgery 15 years ago are dwindling. My wife has been through mastectomies from cancer in the last six months and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Great thread I am going to start checking my ph. I have horrible health habits and have felt like crap for years. what is the paleo link?
thanks again for this

Super cool lazylathe! Lots of vegan on that list. I need to get into the Yoga or something for stress. :D

Squid yoga is better for exercise and overall physical health. However meditation is a key for mental well being. Don't get me wrong here either. The kinda of meditation I do has nothing to do with religion. Its strictly about centering yourself and turning off your mind and letting go of all your stress. I will be starting a basic meditation thread after the holidays for those who are interested. The one point I would love to make is if the mind isn't centered the body will never follow!

Started off the morning with a large glass if freshly squeezed
lemon juice and filtered water!
Will measure ph tonight again.
