PH Testing

Mossy... interesting find. Soy Lecithin is at around a pH of 10. It's got a higher alkalizing effect than wheat grass, barley grass, raw spinach, or any raw vegetable that I've found.

Pretty interesting in how it helped so much with my canna caps and my cancer patient, with the government studies showing cancer cells dying when exposed to higher pH levels.

I'm staying Dry for a while..but I have some canna/veg oil frozen..If I manage to get the Dry caps through to my mom..I may try capping some of that.

She has horrific insomnia. I sent the olive leaf capsule to her and I gave her two of my Mix/mineralising/canna bud..and two ALA while I was in the UK to give her a small Test.

Both nights she slept..not straight through..she had wakey times..but not out of bed at 4 am and downstairs with the pain keeping her awake..

The way I Think we should go eventually with the supplements is to put as much Variety in there as possible..
but for the minute I'm gonna Test 3.

1 all olive leaf..1 with the mineralisers in..and 1 with stimulants in..ginger and chilli...see if we can pick up any that are better than others..:thumbs:

JM..did you or your Mom notice any difference with the olive leaf ones..?
 
Also... coconut water from young coconuts. Extremely alkalizing and a near match for human blood plasma from what Ive been reading.
 
6.1 this morning 2nd pee of the day. Was up every hour last night, second night in a row, haven't slept for shit. Mind just wont stop, moving.

stylez..I Think I have read that children have a different PH level to adults..it is Higher..which may explain the abundant energy..:D..but I haven't seen a Measure for child PH.

@Mossy, he definitely isn't his self. I usually gotta offer this kid money, to sit still. I'm gonna give it a check when he is well. Just to see the difference

I myself being paleo would never put a single soy product in my body because of the long term effects of the now severely gmo'ed product :2cents:
 
stylez..are you doing anything to alkalise..?...bicarb drink is probably the cheapest way to see if you can tweek it a bit...green tea..vitaminC...:thumbs:

BTW..what are you smoking..satis keep me awake at night with thoughts spinning.
If not..do you get SAD symptoms..coz dwelling on stuff..having it go over and over in your mind is a mild depression thing..

Understandable.

100-gram serving of egg yolk has 683 mg of choline. The daily recommended intake of choline is about 500mg. One tablespoon of liquid lecithin weighs in at 15000 mg, with 15% being choline. That's 2250mg choline in 1 tablespoon, and I use 3 in my recipe. So that'd give me 6750mg choline for 220 capsules, yielding 31mg per capsule.

Dose is 2 caps, 3 times a day, 6 caps total, with a total yield of about 185mg choline. That's far less than the daily recommended allowance for choline in our diets.

I just wanted to illustrate that there isn't a massive amount of choline in my recipe.

As for GMO soy, etc.. yea, I know all too well. I've worked with small/mid size farmers for years in ingredient procurement. Mostly organic farmers. The executive director of the Maine Organic Farmers & Gardners Association recently passed away and I think about a year ago he had his blood tested and there were over 45 different chemicals in his blood. He's been an organic farmer and consumer for nearly his entire life. Chemicals are going to get into whatever food we eat and into our bodies through so many different avenues. I'm not saying at all that I think it's OK to eat GMO stuff, I'm just saying that what GMO's have the potential to do to our bodies is not unlike what other pollutants are doing to our bodies right now. So, we're all kinda fucked.
