PH Plan Quick Start

I don't know what chart is this, but body has excellent mechanism to control blood pH at stable levels. Any other level than (I think) 7,35-7,4 would mean hospitalization or death.

Blood vs body pH are indeed radically different, Kono.
I know from first hand experience. Maintaining a proper pH as read through urine or even oral testing allows the body to more effectively moderate it's blood pH level.
It's the science we aren't supposed to know. :yeah: There's no money for the pharmaceuticals in dosing with baking soda. Or low sugar diets. Or magnesium supplements.

You are correct @KonopCh ...and your blood ph doesn't fluctuate like your urine ph will.
It's not uncommon to have a urine ph in the low 6 or lower when starting out. But if our blood ph was that low we would surely die.
We are using a simple at home tool to optimize our health. I'm finding more and more doctors are paying attention to body ph.

Baking soda is a natural detox...and it's been shown to give you more energy and chase away the sickies! I think any thing that helps people feel better and help their body take care of itself...is worth trying!

It is called Homeostasis..(SP?(

It works in Well people..we are dealing with sick people where the mechanism has either failed or is not working at optimal performance

Well I got to the 12th page and I've never seen a thread with so much information and compassion! I'm going to the VA tomorrow and I want to make sure it's ok for me to take the Arm&Hammer stuff. Aunty Mossy, I've heard about keeping your bodies ph balance in check, but you here so much stuff and I've tried so many different things that didn't help, or maybe helped a little at first! So I checked my ph for the 1st time approx. 30 minutes ago and it was 4.9. I'm trying to fight off a gout attack and also planned on getting a cortisone shot tomorrow too. I copied the test I seen, so let's see how bad I score!
