I know @Kyote has an outdoor greenhouse and had some heat challenges last year. I think he used a makeshift evaporative cooler and was able to fend off the hottest days.

Swamp cooler, evaporative cooler, cell decking, etc... lots of ways to approach it.

Well, pop some new ones and get back to it! Minor setback right? At least they weren't halfway through flower and got cooked.

I find starting plants indoor can give them a stronger chance than outside even under cfl bulbs or whatever you have and I hope all goes well for you but as the others have said done give up
