New Grower OXOSSI RULES OK!!! -First time grow with new LED, Auto mazaar, Afghan Kush & Diesel Ryder

Thanks very much for the feedback, it explains a lot . Weak and spindly is definitely a good description and it does look a damp and swamplike
I obviously used the wrong soil and I didnt pack it down sufficiently and then it was overwatered, I left it for 3 days(after my girlfriends efforts) from the 1st to the 4th before giving them a little watering.but obviously still too much!!!
I think I am going to try and repot them, ditch the old pots and ease out the seedlings and put it in some bio-bizz light mix in new pots. And start up the LED!!!
Thank God for AFN

“Thank God for AFN”
It has to be said that there is a really nice energy around this site.

Being a complete novice myself I can’t offer any advice, but I will be following your progress and wish you all the best on your adventure!

All the best

Oldboy

I checked them this morning and they seemed a little bigger but will wait till 24 hours is up 10pm tonight GMT before photographing them again. I did have a problem with humidity of about 34% and in the cold snap temps were in the mid - high 60s but this morning i checked and humidity was 52% and temperature 75 with the LED + CFL running, so that has saved me £40 on a humidifier which i thought i would have to buy

New leaves

Well after 24 hours under the LED they have all sprouted their second set of leaves with the DR clearly the more developed. At the moment i have the LED at about 21" from the plants which seems to be giving no problems. It will be interesting how the plant starts reacting to the difference between just CFL and CFL and LED

Looking good. As they get new sets of leaves watch that they don't stretch too much. If they start to look leggy, just lower your light a bit. You want to maintain about 1" space between the new nodes.

Thanks Muddy I have been a bit concerned as it just seems to be taking an age to go beyond the initial 2 leaves. In reality it is because I keep checking on them!!!!
Its only a week so far, but looking at pictures of Ripsters Auto-Mazaar grow (Day 16), hopefully they will start to sprout a bit in the next week and a half
On tuesday I am going to go down and get a syringe and or pipette to administer nutrients. On the AN website it says 4ml of sensi-grow A+B which I presume means 2ml of each?
Thanks to reading AFN I will start these at 1/4 strength, hence the need for more accurate calibration

I would wait to start nutes at around week 3 or when they show sex....from what i have seen and learned that you will probily burn your little babies and we dont want that!!!i have not read thread yet do you have ph pen?if not probily a good idea to get on so you know the ph just my :2cents: hope it helps bro

ps... 2 ml each seems a bit much but ask muddy he will let you know
