Hi,

I germinated some autoflowers, planted them into very small peat pots with seedling soil and then 4 days later I put them into 11l pots. I mixed 10l of perlite with every 25l bag of potting mix, the potting mix is an organic mix with kelp.

At the moment they are on my floor, getting a bit of light, but are leaning towards the window. I put them outside yesterday and they seemed to take it fine. I am thinking of getting a greenhouse, just to make things a bit simpler before they go into the ground. Also of course for security and protection from rain, birds etc. I will be taking them inside at night, just because it still is a bit cold.

My question is when is it okay to have autoflowers outside under direct sunlight? I mean, I have had autos start from seed under a 600w hps light. Why can't they take the sun? If they can't take the sun, would they be able to do it in a green house?

thanks.
