mold! -a four letter word if ever there was,...... this also one reason I'm running more Sativa-dom's this year,.. generally, ones with tropical landrace lineage can carry greater mold resistance, dry climate strain lineage is weak,... The weather was shite at harvest time for me last season, and all the plants bloomed late as well,... The Acapulco Golds fared best of all, even running late as they were... save one! The youngest plant, 2 weeks behind her sisters, lost the battle and was culled, but by that time, there was several rounds of rain, cool nights+ high RH% = mold.... This year, I'm going to try something I've been thinking about... Actinovate, a bacterial anti-fungal agent that's applied as a foliar, can help fight off fungal pathogens,.. Outside, the spore are ubiquitous, zero ways to stop them from settling on the plant, right? So, before bloom stars, I'm going to do regular sprays of this stuff, so the forming buds grow around the applied bacteria on the plant, as well as outer dosing... since this type of mold starts from the inside out, when conditions trigger their reactivation, they'll have "company" waiting for them! .... also going to chat with Optic Foliar about using ATAK/Transport as well,....

Awesome waira is here for some green blood!! I was wondering if we were going to have you in this contest bud!! The only thing we need from you to make your entry official is pics from week 1(group shots fine) and a pic from around day 14 somewhere(again group shots fine). Once you provide those you are on the board!! Psych is looking excellent!!
As for the mold talk, i am testing running Rhinoskin this season to see if it helps on mold control(others have reported positive effects with silica for mold). Time will tell...last season i had mold issues on the majority of the autos with our 70%+ midsummer humidity. I'll also be running dew shields on plants at the first sign of mold.

... yup, Si can help, I use it on everything I grow... my old orchid mentor/boss got me hooked up with it,.. He noticed how well it help reduce spotting, wasting and other afflictions from fungal/bacterial attacks, plus reduced brittleness in some species notorious for their structural fragility,... it reinforces the cell walls, among other non-structural benefits ,... It's no panacea of course, but does increase resistance! ....

Excellent...on the board bud! One thing is for sure, psico looks great so far! The one thing i have going in my favor is high wind...most days it strong in the full sun location. But high humidity and daily heavy dew is recipe for destruction for the less resistant strains.

My Favourite bud is Linalool based..so is Lavender..worth tasting for synergy...

Thank you Aunty luv! I was vacillating for days between Psico and Crystal Candy, maaaaaybe Cannalope Haze,... these last several days they have hit a new gear for reals! I was just reflecting, if the season goes as usual, bloom starts around mid Aug. or so on non FV photo's for me,... that's 6+ weeks more of veg! --Hold me! I just don't know what to expect from the Biotabs, but if this last week is any hint, those 10'er pots might be getting tight,... No worries, this year, no BS Kindsoil snafu's gonna happen with P sourcing! I have PK tea from them, and I'm not above slipping a light taste or two of something fierce in there- ,... something A-train has really brought home lately with the way his girls finish,.. that heavy K product, Dense (0-0-62 !!), without a doubt is blowing his buds way up! he cuts out the heavy P sooner, and keeps on the Mammoth P and plenty of straight Ca,... So, I might tinker with this a bit at the end, with a high K kick then,... not Dense, i'll try something less brutal- ... think I have a sample bottle of Elite Resin-D (1-3-16)... perfect!

I can't take the chance on transplanting Shiva [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG]. She is big enough and I just want more waterholding capacity.

I Will....I roughly doubled the pot size..and Mainly because I'm having trouble keeping small pots hydrated with the heat..

Has anyone had GSC problems..? a couple of members are reporting delayed bud..but mine seems to be okay..GSC in the large pot/transplant..GG in the small pot.

Here is one of my first Stones from the F3 red line, grown in 2014 Can you say red. Made lots of seeds from this line and many other Stone dragons. Great strain for sure. Just popped a BlackStone x CBD Haze fems that I made. Will be interesting to see what pops up.

My Red was the largest of my stumpies..

Yes, out of the hundreds of plants I have grown, this was one of the cooler looking ones for sure. Leaves were coal black when finished. I let her and her sister go for 120 days. Very narcotic, just the way I like my meds, most of the time. Stone sure hit the genetic jack pot with this strain.

I'm not a techie..but it does all come down to the size of your photos..they need resized before loading.

Try it....I can Thoroughly Recommend it...Love a bit of Mint in with it.

The only one that didn'y go Well as when I had the chillies above the bud in the dryer......it was like Russian Roulette....every now and then you would take a draw and like Woof..Hot Lungs......we still managed to smoke it though.
