Indoor Organic Soil Canna-Cheese by Mephisto

I am in about week five of this canna cheese. Plant is looking very healthy and is growing nice during its stretch. I decided not to do any topping or low stress training as my last girl did not handle stress very well. It has a nice smell on a stem rub no distinct odor quite yet. I took two clones to potentially make some S1 ones, I also plan on inoculating it with some pollen from another auto flower male.

I haven’t been updating this thread as much as I would like, but I’m currently at about week 9. My Canna Cheese has gone through a full stretch and is starting to show bud development. I hit this girl with some other sativa leaning regular auto flowering plants, that I will search through later to see if I can find anything of value to bring forward as a future breeding project. Right now she’s as healthy as can be. I didn’t train this one because I wanted to see how the plant would do in the environment .

Looks like I tried pollinating a bit too early, I’m going to drop a bit more pollen on today. Sucks I’m using 1 of my extra frozen vials of pollen, but I made two separate vials for a reason! I should get good pollination after this drop.
I sprayed down the entire plant except for the two branches I’m pollinating. I’m letting my vial come to room temperature for about 15-30 mins. I’ll spray the plant again just before I pollinate. I turned off all the fans and fingers crossed I don’t completely pollinate the entire room, again

Up with another weekly update, currently these girls are approximately nine weeks in. I’ve impregnated them with a sativa leaning autoflower. I don’t trust the original Genetics from the original breeder, but it is clearly a sativa leaning auto flower plant. I’ll use the seeds to hunt and find I own a female and male plants.

These plants are untrained, have a great structure had a little bit of a stretch I’m starting to build some nice sized buds and put on some sugar leaves.. there’s not really much of a smell coming off of it yet, but this seems to be common with the canna-cheese.

This is currently in week 11 day 81, his plants is starting to show a fade, and is bringing in some beautiful colors. I haven’t added any amendments to the soil, and if I were to grow the kind of cheese again I would be sure to add a little bit of amendments may be at the beginning of flowering. This is definitely been a more hungry plans compared to my galaxy brain but it’s frosting up nicely and it’s starting to put on some density. There still isn’t a lot of smells coming from this plant, but I’ve read that the canna cheese typically doesn’t throw off terpenes until harvest time or after harvest time.

About week 12, looking amazing. I want to take them down soon, just waiting for the seeds to ripen.

I harvested yesterday, a little sooner then I would have liked but I have some personally things going on and need to take her down. She could have used some more time but sometimes it just time to move on based on real life. Here are the final pics before I cut her down.
