Indoor Galaxy Brain by Night Owl

Week 9 from sprout on my Galaxy Brain. You can see lots of resin forming, even on the stems. I’ve impregnated this girl with some pollen from another sativa dominant auto I had growing.
She has just been receiving water. I think I’ll give some more FPJ this week along with a tea of kelp and alfalfa. I just need to set up my bubbler system.

Week 10 from sprout. You can see the difference in the bud formation of a pregnant vs non-pregnant budsite. Crystals are forming on the leaves and stems. Smell is fruity only when I rub on it.

Earlier in this thread I mentioned that I was going to
dry amendments but I have not added any amendments for quite some time. The girls all seem very healthy, and I wanted to see with my original soil mix if I really need to add or not, clearly I don’t need to at this point. I have provided some inputs such as recharge, aloe, and my own comfrey fermented extract.

currently I’m on day 78, approximate 11 weeks. And here you can see a very healthy galaxy brain that’s impregnated on several bad sites and is producing a large amounts of frost. The smell is very fruity, but only once I’ve rubbed up against it. You can see how there’s lots of crystals forming on the sugar leaves and fan leaves and stems.

To make sure that my seeds ripen, I’m going to have to take this girl to a minimum of 100 days. Seeing that it’s very sativa leaning, I don’t think it will affect it much.

Of the pics you have posted they look deep forrest green and not much fade. You might be able to get away without any more top dressing. Maybe some recharge or other enzymes?

Today is week 13 or day 91. I’m expecting to harvest this plant within one or two weeks. It is fertilized, so I need to make sure that the seeds are ripe before I cut her down. I still think she has a little bit of time to bulk up to add on some more weight, but the smell is fantastic and you can see the frost has really been adding on. I’m starting to get a slight fade on this plant but not as much as my canna cheese from mephisto.

I haven’t added any dry amendments on this run except for within the first two weeks of planting. I do believe that this was able to handle all the nutrients that I originally gave it from the beginning. My kind of cheese clearly used more nutrients than this galaxy brain dead.

Week 14 is looking great. I’m ready to take her down but I am waiting to see how long until my seeds ripen. I took a small top off to start drying so I can sample her. She looks amazing and smells tropical and fruity.

Hey I missed your message, Ive been using recharge about once a week. I haven’t top dressed in a long long time. It is definitely fading on its own. I originally planned to topdress often, but instead just let her go and fed some homemade KNF inputs. I would need to amend if I were to reuse the soil but I might be moving to a new house in the near future, so I may not be saving my soil, unless I can come up with a way to transport it easily. I do have some bags from chicken feed I could fill up, that would be the easiest.

Looks like I had to harvest. We might be moving and will need to setup for an open house. I would have liked to go a bit longer but I’d prefer to cut now and ensure that if I need to sell my house that I am able to without rushing. Here are the final pics from last night. I cut her down and gave a quick light trim and then hung her up.
I definitely should be getting a lot of seeds, I over pollinated to this one.

Final weight and a bud shot. Very light fluffy buds. I definitely didn’t reach full potential but I was focusing on a seed run and growing in a spare space. Overall I have a load of seeds to work with and will start line working and opening up the genetics.
I’m in the process of potentially moving so I’m laying low for a while and will just finish my outdoor crops (or have to move them if I can’t finish them here).

38grams of bud and quite a few seeds I would say is successful.I’m going to cure it and smoke some in a week or so.
