Here's the pics of my latest round. 12 Speed Buds & 12 Dark Devil XL's in 3.5gal S.I.Ps.

Figured if I posted here if I kept a journal it would help keep me accountable and on top of things and hopefully give back on some of the info I've picked up lol.

Current setup is:

2 - LED Optic 6 Cree COB lights - 3000K
1 - 12 COB Vero 29SE from Rapid LED - 3500k (built last week. Easier than I thought)
1- 8bulb T5 w.
1- 600W HPS

As my last round finishes up I'm going to remove lights as needed. Got some Cheese OG's, NYCD's, Speed Bud, and an Acapulco Gold creeping along in a mix of Hempys and Smart Pots. Some Speed Buds and NYCD's getting chopped down today.

For this last round I'm going all organic because I'm sick of feeling like a chemist playing with nutes and meters and the couple ladies I transplanted into organics on a whim(one Hempy, one SIP) are doing way better under the COBs than the rest. Plan to just add water to the S.I.P.s as needed and top feed dry ferts and teas. Hopefully they rock as well as the S.I.P. I put one of the Speedys in.

Soil mix:

Worm Gold EWC
Organic Compost
50/50 Coco + EB Stone Organic Soil + Perlite

Per bucket added:
2Tbsp Azomite
2Tbsp Kelp Meal
2Tbsp Espoma Lime
8Tbsp E.B Stone All Purpose Plant food.

Gave the seedlings two weeks in peat cups fed with kelp meal(1tsp a gal) then transplanted and watered in the Age Old Root Assist. Figured the humic in the Age Old and the All Purpose would condition the soil pretty good. Excited to see how this goes and hoping the S.I.P.s give me more time to actually spend with my plants. Will continue to feed the other ladies their Emerald Harvest nutes until they're done.

Looks very good! My last sip wasn't successful at all, what are you using in you wicking cup?

Hope you're comfy. I grabbed these over at GYO Seedbank. They were the only ones that had enough stocked and they came pretty quick too.

Hey Guys!

Hope ya'll had a Happy Thanksigiving! My favorite part of the holidays are all the off days because it lets me work in my garden as much as I want without feeling stretched for time haha. Gonna get sooo much reading done

Update time. 7 of the SIPs are taking off, the rest are on the slow or stunted side. After doing more copious research on soil growing and organics I suspect my soil mix might not have been the best. I read that "aged fir bark" isn't a good choice for a soil, and the E.B. Stone Organic Soil I used had a bit. Just have to see how the girls do this run and make the proper adjustments for the next round.

Brewed and top fed the room with some EWC + Compost extract last week. Plants seemed to like it. Going to brew more today once I get my hands on some Malted Barely that I'm excited to try. Hoping it'll give the shorties a growth spurt. Picked up some BioAg FulPower and top fed a couple times this week. That stuff is like horsepower in a bottle! Green stems, raised leaves. Love coming in the room and seeing the effects the next day.

The Speed Buds & Devils are all showing pistils and bud sites at the same time. At first I was worried since they're not all nearly as tall as I expected but I vaguely remember this feeling of concern from a few months ago and most of those girls still got pretty big so I'm not going to worry about it and just keep going and top when I feel they're ready.
