Thanks for that link, lots of good info there. I'll admit, bottom line is that I got the supplemental UVA because I was bored. I built my COB lights years ago, they've done their job, I was just looking for something new so in the vein of 'confirmation bias' I justified the change by leaning into the reports that they make a positive contribution. At this point, I can't say that's been my experience.

Boredom - the worst enemy of the stoner's bank account.

Sigh, but I like trying stuff. And making stuff. Sigh.

Greetings peeps, time for a brief update. Trim jail is on the horizon.

First, the weigh in of the Mephisto Cosmic Queen solo. Here she is a few days before the chop:

And here is what is left of her now that the dry is done:

The rest of the grow is progressing nicely, a bit of fall colors beginning:

Front left is the Witch Doctor x Anvil at Day 75, front right is Mephisto Double Grape at Day 75, center is Blue Microverse x Sour Hound at Day 63, rear left is the 3 pot of Stone's Dragon at Day 70, rear right is Mandalorian Anvil at Day 76, and rear center a couple solos, the older one is Blue Microverse x Sour Hound at Day 63, the younger is Mephisto Fugue State at whatever Day - this one was just a test of the new irrigation collar I made for solo grows, I haven't been keeping track of age as it may not get finished. I have not decided whether to keep things going long enough to finish her off. So far, the new collar works well, a full charge of nutes is held in the collar until the liquid has time to soak through the solo pot. No more overflows.

Miss DG is getting close, I didn't do a trich check yet today, but need to do it soon.

Test results after vaping some fresh is that she is tasty and potent! Also, she is productive:

This is what was left after I cut all the long stem fans and chopped down to branches. the main stem is over an inch in diameter. The branches are hanging in my dry box now, and will be wet trimmed and bagged after an initial dry for a few days.

I will be interested to see the final weight and what the bud is like with a cure behind it.
