I suggest water the whole pot, and iit can't hurt to do at least a light flush. Presuming the soil drains well (Does it contain enough rice hulls? I don't see any of the usual perlite), there will be no problem (unless your soil mix is off).
From there, if even needed with that larger size pot, you can water around the periphery, away from the stem, to encourage outward root growth; and start the autofeeding, presumably bottom feeding, after about 10 days. Others will say wait until the leaves extend out to the pot's edges. But my view is to encourage roots to grow downward to their water source as soon as possible.
