Is build a soil to hot to plant seed directly in the pot?
Should I mix a little section of happy frog in the center and then plant?

I believe it's fine to direct plant but no personal experience for me. @WildBill @Hotfire were the most recent folks I've seen using it

Thanks bud.
Also I want to use the scrog method, have never done this..any good vids to watch?
Once net is installed, do I move the net as they grow? Or just continue to tie them down to allow light to reach other parts?
Any info is appreciated.
And hope all is well

I just did my first scrog following @420autoflower method. Stake or tie the plant over and expose the nodes day 15 then keep head bent over for the next week. Once plant shows sex 5-7 days after that install scrog net flattening the plants out and defoliating also..

Here's some key notes from his journal that's worth the read lots of good info in there.

"I bend the main top over with a bent coat hanger stake at day 16 and keep the top pinned down for a couple weeks which helps promote more mains and a lot more side branching and I’m also guaranteed the largest kolas from not topping.
I flatten the plants out about 5-7 days after I see my first preflower pistil and that usually gives me another couple weeks of preflower stretch to help my weaker lower nodes stack and grow into huge kolas. Even the nodes at the very bottom of the plant that usually gets picked off (lollipopped) grow into big kolas. If you scrog out to early the lower nodes grow too tall and you end up with more larf from no light penetration in the middle of the plant and if you scrog out to late the lower nodes don’t have enough preflower time to stretch and stack. Timing is very important with this method!"

If any of their mixes would be too hot, it would be the 3.0.
I did a test with the 3.0 to make sure it wasn't gonna be too hot for my autos. I soak these pucks in Rootwise complete.

I put the pucks into my AC Infinity lighted humidity dome. Once my seedling is fully unfurled, I only do about a day's hardened off and then plant in my final pot. That means that the young seedling roots are exposed to the 3.0 and they do not show any problems whatsoever.
