DAY 6 (from seed)

Wow! This is surprising. Does this mean that they prefer 6 bands of LED @ 120w over 100w of veg CFL (actual power draw) ?
This is surprising because this LED is more flowering oriented, being red spectrum heavy...

The CFL is 30cm straight up, and the LED is 40cm away.





All the roots have shot through. This is the biggest one. How close am I to pot them?



I'm in a real dilemma here, should I use smaller pots and later transplant to the final 10L airpots, or should I go straight to the airpots? What do you guys think?

Introduced Formulex and Rhizo at 1/2 strength... nothing else to report so far.

Straight to the 10L airpot. You dont want to risk stunting them later by transplanting. Make sure your soil isnt too strong for the seedling though. Most folks here recommend using the "tier" method to grow auto's.

hey WVTurtle, it will be coco, not soil. I was thinking of pouring pH 5.8 - 6.2 water to settle down the coco, then plant them in, and then feed. On my first grow I think I didn't pack the soiless mix enough.
