@BigSm0 setting dimmer to 50% then it's only like 50% light also, not even bright I thought.

As I understand I need to drive the driver at 50% ? Correct ?
But is it not the same outputs 250V at 100% and 250V with 50% ?

Why run the driver at 50% ?

I would be running it at 100% at this point. They are plenty big enough. If your at full power now there is something wrong. The cobs should overpower the blurple easily.

They run full power... what could be wrong ? I still think, they not so bright as I was hoping...

I'm not sure what it is but my first guess would be a problem with the dimmer or how it's wired. I think you can try and disconnect it and see if there is a difference.
