I want to build lamp with four cobs, and have a ongoing conversation with Vivi from KingBrite.

She's suggesting this:

The price as below:
CXB3590 3500K CD 80RA 36V is available in stock, there are 2 solution:
1. Led glass lens:
led + thermal tape+ Ideal holder 50-2303CR + LED glass lens KB-HB100-80, unit price is $40.8usd per set.
2. Led reflector:
led+ thermal tape + Ideal 50-2303CR + Ideal 50-2300AN + Reflector KB-D82-90RF, unit price is $37.6usd per set.
Will you use led glass lens or reflector?
HLG-185H-C1400A/B: $44.5usd/pcs, it could run 4pcs cobs at 36v, each cob is 50.4w.
Which version do you want, A or B ?
Heatsink Φ133*H70mm(for 50-65W): $10.5usd/pcs

Nope... but I know there's a high import taxes like others in EU

But if you could make a item list then I could google prices in EU
