ONE Northern Lights Auto Flower
300 Watt LED w/ 2 exhaust fans hanging 24 in over top of soil
Fox Farm Trio (not going to do any nutes until day 10-14ish)
Root Organics 707 formula
2 Gallon Fabric pot filled with 1.5 gallon of dirt
IKEA wardrobe grow room - 2 ft wide X 2.5ft deep - height is adjustable

I also have a small fan to blow on the plant/circulate air, PH up/down (I am shooting for a 6.5PH), and a digital thermometer/humidity gauge to keep the temp/humidity in check.

Ideal temp/humidity is as follows (im not sure about this, just some stuff I found on AFN)
Seedling - 68-77 Degrees 60-70% humidity
Veg - 72-82 Degrees - -5% hunmidity a week
Flower 68-78 Degrees - 40-50% humidity
Late Flowering (10-14 days to harvest) - 64-75 Degrees 30-40% humidity

View media item 15022Today is day 1 -

I tossed one seed into a cup of water that sat out overnight.
3 hours later the seed sank with a little bit of help.

I will transfer the seed from the water to paper towel in about 11 hours.

I also set up a quick excel sheet to keep track of temp, humidity, height, width, nutes, outside temp (im doing an indoor grow but I want to see how much cooler/hotter my room is compared to outside)

I also used someone else fox farms trio guide @Need4Weed

Short story is do nothing with nutes until the 2nd node of leafs is there, then feed it the "grow big"
and then shortly after you see the pre flowers, give it the "tiger bloom"
"big bloom" can be given through the life of the plant but again, nothing in the first 10-14 days.

I have attached a pic of the grow room set up as well.

Getting excited ;-)

I am subbed. As a new grower 26 days in, let me warn you this gets addictive. You will be testing or just watching your plant as often as you can. Good luck and enjoy the journey!

May we both be smoking our own home grown bud for the first time in just a few weeks!

Growing is very worth while experience you seem to have a good environment what brand is your light? What breeder is the seed from? I still have yet to grow a decent nl auto because I only did it first before I went almost exclusively mephisto .
Good luck!

I’m subbed in fams!!! I’m growing some NL right now too using ff trio and ff soil... I’m a new grower myself but already a month into it... that set up looks clean like some kinda control room science experiment from like stranger things or something :doc3: I like it!!!

looking good, very neat set up  looks like the light is molded in ? there is a cut out/free space at the back for the fans
looks like pot is only half full, fill it up or fold down the sides :baked:
as for the ideal temp/humidity...is very much an ideal,as i could have 3 plants in the cupboard at the same time seedling/veg/flower.ballpark is generally good enough.
good luck n keep er lit
:pighug:

@archie gemmill

The light is kind of molded in. I cut a big hole on top of the closet big enough for the 2 fans and then I also drilled 4 holes for the light bracket mounts. After the fan was 90% up I just closed the gap between the cabinet and light with a light coating of caulk to close that gap. The gap would have made it so my fans did not suck out hard enough due to the space not being enclosed.

I was thinking about the half full pot thing that you mentioned - I will fold the pot over - reason for this is I initially planned on just putting the seed into the 3 gallon bag of dirt I got but after thinking about that, I figured I would get some small pots. i got 2 gallon pots so I wanted to maximize the 3 gallon bag of dirt by splitting it between 2 pots. so each pot is 1.5 gallon of dirt.

As far as the temps, thanks for that. now I wont freak out as much if my temp goes to high/low. My thermometer and humidity checker comes today.
