Red Bananas...........I've never seen red bananas before......
Thanks Mossy, that sounds easy@Jraven Filet it......food processor.....blend 50/50 with mineral water...... ...keep the lid on tight between drinking...
(it goes Pink if it oxidises to much...)
and keeping the lid on in the fridge we find it will keep for at least a month....
Also....drop some slices on a tray in the freezer to keep them seperate..then bag...and they are Perfect for burns..after sun....rashes....
Morning Mossy, weeds are a speciality lol though sure the plants dont like the competition though@smokeyfromau ....you grow weeds as Lush as mine.........
- Wowee, the 'Roses are really doing super well, look at how they have grown! ...held shape great tooHere ya go @Waira I will be starting on the garden bed at the end of this month , bit boggy at the moment I have culled a lot of the desert roses out and there will be more , it is root structure I am after . The fig is going great . This year I will be down sizing the veggie patch as my eldest boy will be out bush most of the year , Which is good because I have a hell of a lot of things to do at work . Room bookings at work are massive due to cov19 and a lot more internal holiday travel . Plus I help maintenance with updates to rooms ect . And I started some new large garden beds . I am pushing to get another person to help that can work between both departments , There is 2 -1/2 of us at the moment and we are all over 45 , We have tried some younger blokes , but they can't handle it . We give them a weeks trial to see how they go , but they find it to hard . Lot of princes out there
I love growing anything and everything. Moved to Virginia in Nov. from sunny ST. Pete Fl. Yeah I know, not supposed to move from sun to snow, did it for family. So only could bring a few of my plants since I have to keep them indoors all winter, Got tent up in basement and seeds germing for my other ladies, cant wait!
Thanks Mossy, that sounds easy

The chunky rooted thick base ones have bulked up nicely, looking fat (with water) and rather happy

Banana patch is busting out well,... How's that Paw Paw?
>>> About the jr. workers, that figures! ...good help is hard to find mate, you'll have to boot a lot of ponces before you find your bullfrog worker!
.. you guys do need some young muscle...
:smoking: you still have some nice friends there, but you're right, FL weather opens up all kinds of choices that can't travel with you up north

Exactly Mossy, seeing healthy not sick weeds means the soil isnt bad, i dont remove mine either, slowly replace them with natives but they provide a home for little frogs spiders roaches and other small micro wildlife. Native plant that some would see as a week, its the native wondering jew, , i got the introduced one also, and its a weed but keeps the ground moist, the natve has lovely blue flower, get pics and share what it looks like i love all plants includes weed and canna of course i find it so pretty now'Tis @Jraven ........if you wanna try it when your plant gets bigger..tag me and I'll run you through it.....
I Always look at my weeds as a soil condition indicator @smokeyfromau ...if the weeds look that Lush with no feed/water...there can't be much wrong with that soil huh...?
And...Lucky enough....me chickens don't mind if they get a nice plump iceberg lettuce....or a nice plump milk thistle......they are delighted either way.....so.......I'm Learning to Love me weeds.......
Happy Wife...Happy Life @damien50 ......Well Done.......
