Non cannabis gardening . And things .

:hula::zen::hula: Hec' the garden is fantastic as always! The brom' collection is growing it seems, and such great colors too...
I swear those Desert Roses are under 4x magnification- they were so much smaller when you got them, but have held their forms amazingly well,...
Strangler never gets old, neither does that coin-leaf Fig!
Did I see that you quite the resort job? Their loss, big time :nono: ...bloody humps,... Did you gut the greenhouse there, and recover your more choice stuff, like the orchids?
That fungus is a trip! That, I'd like to learn more about,... the fuzz and the cellular body are so incongruous!

 Good on the smaller cool smoker! A smart investment, and less time and waste vs. the production-sized model... Your dish looks yummy, even though I'm not a seafood kinda guy...

Tomato time , still growing well and lots of fruit , I got the shits with the standard ones and pulled them out .
:eek1: - explain that? ... do you mean a commercial variety?

Gorgeous squash mate, now you need a recipe! ..... The OD kitchen looks as good as they get, you are set to make some serious boutique foods for *cough* customers!
Handsome boyo that Cock! Is he mean as well?

>>> this popped open the other day, you've seen before but always lovely!

LOL!
Nice kitchen! I wish I had kept more of those stainless tables I had. Kinda like 5gal buckets, ya can never have too many.

Squid , round two . Way better this time , I cold smoked them , What I did was lightly salted them after I butterflied the tubes and left them for one hour and washed and wiped them dry . [ Bit salty last time ] . Smoking time 2 1/2 hours . Temp would have been around 24 c . I also tried one with pepper on it , bloody great . Sure will be doing more of them . Very tender to .

:smokeout:...I was going to ask what happened at the resort? It smacks of dipshit management policies ... small blame for leaving mate, their loss,... and your mental health matters more!
Ah, back in the Shop are yeh? I hope you found a genuinely nice place to work for :goodluck:

@Waira --- dipshit management policies --- The GM lost the plot , There is around 40 staff and most are not happy , The GM mico manages the different departments , Maintance - Gardning - House keeping - Restaurant - Bar - There is not one senior staff member happy , The staff only do what why have to , the morale is very low . The feeling is the GM does not give a shit about the work force . Since I worked there we have lost some very good senior staff , as well a junior staff . But life goes on , New job is sort of back to my trade , I will be running a meat truck going around the commuinities selling meat . Home base is still in town I just get out and about . The owner has a large wholesale businness surpplying food businness of all kinds . This will be a stepping stone to setting up a process area , at this stage the meat will come in prepacked . I have know he for a long time and he is cool , I have also butup our property for sale , We are going to rent a place till we find what we want , no hurry , because it will be the last , --- The fire made my mind up . --- Life goes on . :cooldance:
Now who likes Peanut Butter , I love it , so I had a go at smoking it [ Cold smoke ] I got a jar from the supermarket spread it on a tray then hit it heavy with smoke for 3/4 of a hour stiring it 3 times . Bloody ripper it is , Love it .

Never heard of smoked peanut butter! Sounds good. Not quite what people expect when I tell them “this guy on my pot forum smokes ANYTHING!”
