So in México 'carne deshebrada,' in Colombia 'carne deshilachada,' but the Cuban name is most colorful, 'ropa vieja' (old rags). My Cuban neighbor makes an oxtail stew with habaneros called "rabo encendido." The name is a play on words, because it can be translated "burnt tail" or "butt on fire."

Ropa Vieja does sound pretty weird lmao. Rabo encendido idk about that one tho :crying: :jointman:

Are you growing avocados? I rescued an avocado that sprouted in my compost bin, 2' tall now in a pot in the kitchen.

actaully yes I am Mara by accident at first gave the worms half avocado and noticed the seed had cracked and let it grow till it had a nice tap root. I have 2 currently going
I need to transplant them soon probably

Haven't a few others noticed yellowing at flower?
A lil late but yes other have had the same issue I see it mostly at the tops of the plant. I just top dressed some more today and watered with some coconut water mixed in the water.
