Grow Mediums My 'lil' mop top

here's a better before and after pic.....my problem is I only have one 400 hps and I don't think it's enough for both plants as you can see so I'm using it for mop top only ...I also have a 4 bulb 4ft- t5 and it won't cover one plant totally, it's 2ft wide my plant (baby sis) is 30'' wide so I'm using cfls on her for the moment any suggestions or do I just raise my light up higher I keep my light apx 6'' from the tops then it becomes weaker right or will it be enough?...need help....the 'after' plants are both on the table for the picture only and the light is raised up for the picture only!

The plants look great p man! They're gonna be big ole gals!!

The HPS is plenty for the two girls... I believe the coverage is like 3' x 3' at 14" from the bulb... delivering the maximum light from the closest safe distance. I know for sure it will do a great job on a 30" x 30" coverage area. But, if you can fit the rest of that light in your cab, without heat issues, it will probably only help.

(see pics)...I'm growing on a table with some reflector around it ....my one plant (baby sis) is apx 30'' across so the light will not cover both at a close range so I use the hps for mop top 3x3 area 6'' from the top ..my t5 4x2 will not cover baby sis completly either ... plant is 2 1/2' wide 6'' above the plant light is 4'x 2' ..or do you think the t5 will be enough for baby sis or do I need more lights..thanks
