You've got great self-control even when I'm trying to get an accurate weight for some kind of competition or record i still can't help but sample a few buds here and there.
Probably should post a close up of one of the buds that you're concerned about.
If you even think it could be mold, you may want to dry it all out completely. Although, if mold it spreads so fast that you'd probably know it by now.

Personally I try to trim that stuff off when I can but honestly you can smoke it and it's got some trichomes on it as well. That is if what I'm seeing in the picture is just dry yellow Leaf material that's what it looks like.
I imagine that plant looks a little bit crustier than the others when you cut her down. Those leaves kinda look like she probably had some nute lock out late in flower anyway the root zone wasn't happy that's why you got that color.
Its only on the bigger buds nearer the top... Sorry for all the Q's peeps im sure you all remember your first time 
or maybe not depending on what you were smoking [emoji41] when I 'burp' the jars my RH is 60%, shouldn't this be higher? I dried for 7 days on a drying rack in my grow room with the filter on, do you think I over dried?

If its 60% in jar when you open it to burp then you're done with your major burping. You still want to be opening up and checking every once in awhile but honestly you're into the Cure stage now. You can easily go days without checking now. Course you always want to be sure of you're humidistat or whatever you're using to measure the humidity.
It would also be the right humidity to smoke right now that's a good way to test your humidistat. If you can snap off a little chunk of it and it's not too crumbly or powdery and it smokes good then you're done.
