Diary Update for today 5/2/21 for the QPA X DDA
She is just starting to go into her nightly lights out droop. What causes that does anyone know?

If it occurs just before end of light cycle, I've assumed the plant has reached its DLI for that light period.

Today she is at sprout +61 days so she must be nearing the home stretch according to the Fast Buds site.

Her tent mate the Quarter Pounder auto X Dark Devil auto seems to still be stretching vertically which of course I like very much. She is at sprout +52 days today. Her color is very good although not so good in the pictures. Haven't figured out yet how to solve that problem with the lighting in my photos. They were both fed today.

I decided to build something that I've had in the back of my head for a month now. Finally had some free time and got it done. This is a 50' LED rope light pushing 65 watts of 3000k soft warm light.
GuoTonG 50ft/15m LED Lights Strip kit,Waterproof, 3000K Warm White,110V 2 Wire, Flexible, 900 Units SMD 2835 LEDs,UL

I had the tomato fencing already. The rope light with tax and shipping was just over $42.00 Not blinding by any means but I believe it will firm up the lower buds which will make them something I would trim as opposed to something I snip off and throw into the trim pile. First photo is with the overhead light on, second with just the light ring lit up.

That is awsome, I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t help the grow, it makes the plant look so good.

Diary Update for today 5/4/21 for the Original OG Kush auto

I am not really impressed with this plant overall. A very high leaf to bud ratio and right now the buds just are not dense at all. Trichrome production has ramped up over the last week and she smells strong. I'm going to give her another week and then cut off a small piece of a bud and check the trichromes closely.

you're quarter pounder dark devil is far better. A better quality of hybrid.

I bought a really cheap pair of polarizing sunglasses and popped a lens out and held it up against my cell phone camera lens for these shots. Much better color representation I feel although I do have to work on it still.

Hopefully they will fill out. I really don't care for those kind of girls, but if the sugar leaves are frosty, she's a good hash plant.
With my two new tools, I won't hesitate to clip a few quality buds and/or whole plant then have the rest for dry ice hash.

Looking good as always. There are so many bud spots on QPA X DDA! I'm wonder how she will look in 20 days :smoking:
