New Grower My 1st Grow.....

I messed up a little by putting the perlite on top as it was shitty miracle grow perlite with added nitrogen and I think when I watered it leached out of the perlite and I'm seeing some nute burn. I dumped the crap out and just added sand on top instead.....fuck miracle grow anything I say. I'm at 25 days up and no signs of flowering yet, could this be because of the high nitrogen or what? They are growing good but are pretty green and some leaf under curl and a few brown leaf tips. Hopefully dumping the shitty perlite will help.

Oh yeah.......when should I flip the flowering switch on, before or after they start flowering? Should I do it now to help flower?

Hey brother I noticed you didn't have a lot of play on your journal here and look like you could use a hand; at any point in time, feel free to send a PM or tag any one of these staff members to see if they could help out (or tag them all!) To tag someone, type an "@" symbol and their name, like in the list below! It sends an alert to them when they are on-line with a link to the post where they were tagged. Just please keep in mind, these are all volunteer staff donating their time but we usually see activity within 24 hours from each of them and hopefully that will help you out if you need it.

Further, we have an Infirmary section headed up by Waira, Heavily Medicated, and Namvet25, and those guys all know their stuff when it comes to fixing plant problems and getting things back on track, so pick their brains if you get stumped!

Good luck fella!

Hey now!
WWWillie here. I'll read the rest of the posts and see what's happening.

Edit:
Things look good from what I can see. Like @Fairlynew said, pics are needed!!!

For the whole they are looking healthy and growing. What is your relative Humidity at and your temperature? When running Led lighting I have found that 82/83 degrees is best for a ambient temp. They use to run HPS and Metal Halide at around 75 to 78 degrees due to the heat they produce. But LED you need to raise the temps a bit. You want your R.H. at around 45 to 50% maximum. It helps to stave off unwanted mold mildew in the bud and helps to keep little critters at bay.
