Mephisto Genetics Multiple strains of Mephisto dank

Sorry for the lack of a timely update, but I've been really busy lately. I harvested a FastBuds Gelato earlier tonight and there's finally a little more space in the grow room. I moved the HubbabubbaHaze to the old grow shower to finish up and I've switched the lights around. Now the biggest girl, (Creme da la Chem), has a big spot to herself and she's basking in the glowing rays of the Solar Extreme. I have it hanging at 18 inches, (or 45.7 cm for our friends across the pond), and hopefully she will slow down her vertical growth. Day 39 and she's starting to get fuzzy! Here's a pic in her new spot.

Fantasmo Express isn't as tall as the CDLC, but she was the first to put out pistils.

And finally we have the recovered runt Forgotten Cookies, (bottom left), and Blue Cush, (bottom right). They were under the Solar Extreme, which is why I think they stayed short and bushy. They were starting to get crowded out by the other 2, so hopefully they will take off. Btw, the last 3 plants each have a single Auto Cob and thanks for stopping by! :pass:

Actually, my SODK looked really bad, almost dead, but she came back really strong. That minor setback added 2 weeks to her finishing time.
I've been battling these fungus gnats for the past 2 grows and just when I think they are under control, they come back stronger than ever. I have a theroy that fungus gnats drop ph in coco as all the new seedlings, (except the Blue Cush), had really low ph in their runoff. Yesterday I watered them with 1 gram of MegaCrop, and 5ml of Cal/mag+, and 2ml of SM-90 mixed in a gallon of water at 7.5 ph, (no ph down added), just to get runoff at 6.0. I'm going to keep doing it that way until I get a runoff of 6.5.
Last night I started using raw potato wedges placed on top of the coco. It's suppose to be more desirable to the varmints than plant roots. I also purchased some of this stuff ...

Bonide Products INC 912102 652 Ready-to-Use Insect Soap, Quart, 3 Pack ... to use as a top drench.
In the past I've knocked them down with hydrogen peroxide, but it's nearly impossible to get right now since Corvid-19 pandemic. :peace: :pass:
Get your self some mosquito dunks dude done the trick for me

I've noticed most mephistos strains are light feeders it can make it difficult depending on how/wat u choose to feed.

I'm on my 2nd pack of those, but not much luck with them. I may have had 2 big if an infestation for them to work, or I didn't give them enough time. I think I finally got them under control with Hydrogen Peroxide and Azamax. Also, ground cinnamon sprinkled on top of the medium seems to be a good deterrent. :hump:

I think the heaviest feeding mephisto ive done is hubbabubbasmellascope and that was only 2 ml per ltr of water
Running 4 different strains, there always seems to be one plant that wants to feed different than the others. I noticed a couple weeks ago that Forgotten Cookies was a tad hungry before I bumped the feed up to 3 grams of MC per gallon. I'm going for 3 1/2 grams on the next feed. I think a lot of you guys are running wilmas or autopots. So what do you do when you get a plant that a light or heavy feeder? I thinking about going to some type of auto-pot system, as I getting too damm old to pack these girls around, (espeically with arthritis). :pass:

I just plow on dude I've never flushed an autopot I don't even water to runoff when I'm hand watering them, it doesn't bother me if i get calmag def (don't think i used it on my last grow) as long as the plants not riddled with defs i pretty much just fill the res once a week did i mention I'm a lazy mofo :pighug::cheers::crying::smoking:

Update day 45, (except for the Blue Cush. She's on day 35).
The girls are chugging along. I harvested the HubbabubbaHaze last night and she was a beast. Easy 8 zips for sure on that one. Btw, Super Orange Haze is some fire smoke! :baked:
She's just now got her minimal 2 wk cure and I like her better than my stash of Double Grape. Sadly, fungus gnats knocked down the yield to almost 3 zips. On to the pics!

Creme da la Chem seems to be loving the Solar Extreme. I just hope that she's done stretching or I'm going to have to do some serious lst.

Fantasmo Express is too close to the CDLC for a proper photo, but I'm too dam lazy to move her! :crying: Below is a pic of the under growth of both plants!

Next up, (below), is Forgotten Cookies. I moved her into the old grow shower and now she's basking under 3X Auto Cobs. She seems happy so far!

Finally we have a couple pics of Blue Cush, the smallest plant of the bunch. Keep in mind she's 10 days behind the other girls, plus she's in a smaller pot!

Btw, all plants are being fed with 4 grams of MegaCrop, (original formula), per gallon and I'll be adding a gram of Bud Explosion daily starting tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by! :d5::pass:
