She’s approaching her 8th week in flower and I’ve been watching her a while. I’ve been using overdrive the past three weeks almost and read it can cause foxtails. I’ve been awaiting these pistils to retract more but I’ve been seeing new white pistils from what looks to Be foxtailing. I’m wondering if she’s putting out more hairs to keep bulking, or it’s straight up foxtail, or if I’ve over cooked her? I was planning to let her go another week and flush soon. She is a Sativa and fastbuds say she a 10-11wk flower but we all know how these estimates are lol.

Whenever I think my plants are ready I usually let them grow an extra 7-10 days. I do notice a difference from the extra week I give them and always happy that I did.

IMO, your too far along to worry about any of that. Foxtailing just has less bag appeal but doesn't detract from the bud. It might be a bit more airy but it will still treat you right. Maybe just move her to another part of the tent.

Looking like Bruce banner is chopable right now. Seems majority of trichomes are cloudy with some amber. I had to take screenshots and go through video footage of microscope frames to try get some clear pics. I need to find my microscope holder. Anyway she is exactly 56 days / 8 weeks Into her flower cycle. I think I might just feed some water now for up to a week then harvest. Maybe use final flush by advanced nutrients. I’m not sure I wanna use that just yet though because it leaches salts out and I haven’t ordered my wedryer yet. I expected her to go 10wks in flower. She is a Sativa and I’m used to growing indicas. When do you guys like to harvest Your Sativa... mostly cloudy?

Bruce Banner - week 9 of flower.

I’ve still been bottom feeding, and as she is Sativa she is taking a while longer. Buds have increased in size though... and density. I’ve chopped a couple buds off and microwaved them for a quick smoke, so I will have affected the overall yield and it upsets me to do that. But she smokes very well. I’m still awaiting the hairs retracting some more. Most likely flush her in five days or so then prepare to chop. I may let her go a bit longer. I’m awaiting my WeDryer arriving tomorrow.

Same goes for her, still bottom feeding and she keeps getting denser which is awesome. I also sampled her and she has been the best smoke I’ve grown yet in terms of the effects/high. She has a shit ton of buds underneath, so I’ll prob have to partially harvest her which sucks. I learned that it’s best to scrog with my space. But I have a lot going on so may not be able to do a scrog grow this year

Both plants are ready to chop. Bruce banner has at leasr 35% amber so she’s a little overripe. I expected to chop her today but I’ve been really busy the past few days and my WeDryer was accidentally posted to a friends address instead. Friend missed my package at 9:30am this morning and the delivery is scheduled for Monday which sucks ass! Jammy dodger trichomes are pretty much all milky with 5-10% amber. I will be pushing her a little longer. I have trichome pictures on another phone and will update later today. Wedryer situation fucking blows

Hello everyone just a quick update. My herbdryer won’t be here until Monday because a friend missed my package. I knew Bruce banner was over cooking because I had timed the dry. But obviously with not receiving the dryer it’s set me back. I don’t have a proper dry space and I have two other plants going with lights on. So I can’t hang dry my plant in there unless I want to dry it too quick and degrade thc further with light. I worried she would throw banners from being cooked and I’ve went in today and noticed nanners on a few buds. Iv cut them off but I’m fuming man. I’d have had her chopped n dried on Friday if my damn herbdryer came. Now I’m concerned it’s thrown pollen over my other two girls. Any ideas on what I can do? Im all out of brown paper bags. Need to chop her and dry her somehow

I've heard guys just use cardboard boxes or totes vented into the tent. Tough situation

I’m a closet grower because I have no space for a tent sadly. I don’t have intake setup on my closet because it requires another hole punch lol. I’m in the middle of creating a dry box but it sucks so bad. These girls have been going for like three and a half months for this to happen. I’m in two minds to cut a hole in the bottom of a cardboard box and try to find a plug to wire a pc fan up to. Only other thing I could do is create a ducting hole on the box and place the box in the tent, and have my filter/fan continue to do what it does in the closet. But I don’t like the fact the plant could continue to spray pollen from inside the box. I’m also unsure if I put the box in with ducting in the same growing environment (in the closet), if it will still work properly... since it won’t be outside the tent/closet

The air flow from this pc fan is super minor. Anyone tried these? Wondering if the breeze won’t be good enough to prevent mold? It’s only 1.7w
