Hello, :jointman:

I am starting my first Auto grow! I have done a couple grows in the past but they were photoperiod.
Wasn't planning on going autos but as I was scrolling through different headshots I saw this beaut'
and wanted to give it a go.

Her are some specs:
Room Size: 4x4
Soil: 40%FFOF, 40%FFHF, 20%perlite
Light: 600W COB
Strain: Mephisto Sour Stomper

I have just Germinated and planted them into the soil. I only had 5 5 gallon fabric pots left so I had to use smaller pots for the other 2 Those are in 3 gallons.

A few have just started to emerge from the dirt and being born. I am not how cramped it will get with 7 plants in there but I heard autos are smaller so I wanted to
make sure I can fill out the canopy. If anyone has experience with a similar setup, let me know if im in over my head.:confused1: I usually only do 4 but, as i mentioned, photos.

Also, planning on doing some LST once they get big enough. I have tried it in the past, but always end up getting busy and they get out of hand before i can keep up.
Going to try to better with these. :warrior: Not planning on doing any topping tho, cant afford the lost veg time while they recover.

Anyways, before I keep rambling on, heres some pics of the first few days. Thanks for checking out the grow:

wow, those are some nice looking flowers man . Did you grow those in soil? how big was she when she started to flower?

UPDATE #1 : 11/3/19 - It has been 6 days since germination and being put into the soil. Except for the back right gal, shes was a late bloomer and germed the day after the rest.

This is my first time not starting off in solo cups so watering at this stage is tricky, just been dripping water from a papertowel a few times and that seems to be good. Their roots can only be so deep this small. Also, I watered them all again today, last time was 2 days ago. Been misting when i can to increase humidity, but the RH swings were big so i picked up a humidifier this weekend and set that up. That should help keep things more stable. Gonna try to keep the tent at a steady 60% RH with lights on to help these girls along.

Heres some pics:

Nice looking LST you got going there. Did you top her too? looks topped, but i cant see a stump. Do you remember what you yielded off those? Im gonna shoot for 12-15oz from the 7 i got but well see how things go.

I have never topped my girls...just LST and supercropping..I think it was around 4oz on this one.

UPDATE #2 : 11/4/19 - Not much to update today. I have moved the humidifier inside the tent since the outside air was bringing down the temps too much. Other than that they are coming along nicely. The 2 in the back corners are still taking their time spreading leaves from the seed shell but hoping tomorrow they will emerge. Other than that, things seem to be going nicely. Will prolly water again tomorrow, things are feeling a little dry.

============== UPDATE #3 | 11/11/19 | Day 14 ==============

Hey guys, sorry havnt posted in a while, been busy with work n shit.
Anyways, today is 2 weeks since germination. ive been watering these ladies every 2 - 3 days, just a small circle around their base. just pHing tap water no nutes or extras yet.

It looks like i got a couple runts that couldnt escape their shells, so i removed them manually a couple days ago. Normally just wait but it had been over 10 days since germ so i had to step in so they dont fall too far behind. The other 5 are looking good though, starting to get some size. I will probly start some LST after another week of growth.

Been keeping the temps at a steady 63-66 at night and 75-76 duiring the day. humidity spiked for some reason today, not sure what happened there but otherwise humidity been at 60-65%.
