New Grower Mephisto Strawberry Nuggets, 4 Assed Monkey & Fantasmo Express x Sour Stomper

Great stuff bro!

Beautiful Nugz mate. NGL I think I'm seeing the difference between Zamnesia and Mephisto there! I can see why mephisto autos are so popular. good structure and flawless in appearance, very well done despite a few teething problems similar to my own and even the bud rot you overcame and still seen through that the anxiety was worth the months of not having to worry about medical smoke!

Like you my indica critical cheese and blueberry are both great highs pre cure! I guess that's just some lucky strains. For me with Greta only having to do a 10 day cure and the smoke is already fantastic has been a real life saver while I wait for Tilda to cure and the others to finish and hopefully you have one of the same but bear in mind I have noticed that the high lasts longer the more you cure

Now Im over a week in jar the difference is noticeable so for the sake of conservation and efficient dosing for fibro I think we need to be patient and let those smaller cannabinoids mature and let the CBG do its thing

Probably the hardest part of growing us actuslly curing! Hands down the true test any stoner can undergo is leaving his jars alone :crying:

Hahah! Exactly! It's hard to leave those lids on...
That's encouraging feedback regarding the length of the high and the curing process. I certainly hope so. I don't want to sound down on it as it really is a fantastic high, perfect even. But I just want it to last a little longer.

I was amazed how functional it still is. I've never really experienced anything non-psychedelic that gave me the ability to control it as much. Like i could switch on being high and then switch it off when I wanted to have a conversation. Didn't feel monged at all.

My girlfriend assures me that I was definitely pretty baked throughout said conversations though so she might be a better person to ask... :coffee2:

On that note, I think she'll be joining the forum soon and growing her very own Grape Walker Kush in the tent soon. She's getting envious of those girls attention!

Like you I feel really lucky to have found some truly medical strains. I'm really happy to have something on hand that really does, not only help, but cure (if only temporarily) the constant pain. If anything it was a little depressing realising how bad it actually is when you've got almost total pain relief to compare it to.

I'd really recommend giving this strain a go for those reasons, I know you have similar issues and reckon it would be a godsend for you.

Looking forward to the end result!

They all seem to be drying a bit quickly... Any ideas on slowing the process down a bit? Brown bags the way to go? It might be a bit late now but hopefully things even out in the cure. Just ordered a bunch of Bovedas in preparation for jarring up.

i've seen people comment on how "clean" a high Mephisto girls give...i think i'm inclined to agree. nice to know that their indicas, grown properly, will make for some good meds. so many strains out there i want to grow it's actually stressful making the decisions.

i'm gonna go with hanging the Tangie and dry trimming this time. i enjoyed wet trimming but i do think they dried out on the fast side, but once they got jarred up i actually struggled a little bit to get them down to 62...in fact i still catch the CDLC jars at 63% quite often even with a couple of 62 Boveda stuffed in there.
pretty anxious about drying the Tangie. just hangin' it in my loft would be amazing but it's no doubt too cold...i'll have to stick a gauge up their at the weekend to see if it'd be viable.

So what I do if things are drying too quickly - most likely due to central heating, even if the room you put the buds in is cooler the lower humidity caused by dry heat sources will still suck the moisture out of the outside of the bud. Spent a bit of time researching why my bud doesn't dry evenly like others and pretty sure that's why.

What I did to compensate is air dry a few days, then snip down the buds and all in one bug paper bag that you only open quickly once a day to check. Still things dried quickly but I compensated by only drying till stems are almost snappy and popped it into the jar, whereon if the humidity is a bit high 30 mins out the jar every day or two seems to make them perfect

Drying and curing in a central heated space seems to be a little less simple yanno!
