New to autos,need advice.

I've grown a few times now with photoperiod plants and now winter is here it's gonna be handy to grow autos leaving the light on longer.

Ive brought some mephisto seeds of 4 different strains. Problem I have is I'm only growing in a 3x3 tent and I'm not sure how many plants to put in that space. They will be in 20litre pots of organic soil.

I really want to grow strawberry nuggets which I have 2 seeds of but because they tend to stay small from what I've seen online I think I could get away with putting a 3rd plant in and I'm thinking 3wok because that stays fairly small too but I do have another cross of strawberry nuggets

The seeds I have are

Ripley's og
Hbss
Strawberry nuggets
Sour crinkle x manbearalienpig
Strawberry nuggets x super orange haze

How would you use the space I have with the seeds I have?

I run 4 plants in my 3x3 it’s gets tight sometimes but other times it perfect depends on strains and how well the grow is going

My photoperiod plants always grow fast in the living soil I use. So if you run 4 I should be fine doing 3 small strains

Yeah that’ll be fine I don’t pay attention to strain size cause I’ve seen it go both ways. I think a lot depends how much light your giving them you can make them stretch and fill a space with low lighting or you can crank the light up and keep them short which leaves less bare bones on the plant

I will just stick some seeds in and hope for the best. I might just start 4 seeds and see what happens.

mornin friend,been doin this for a minute and lil advice,if your fairly new at growing,i would only do a few (max 3) till you get your groove down cause your gonna run into some issues,we all did/do and if you got too many,youll be chasing several ph issues on different plants/strains and the watering will be lil ruff getting around the others when they start their flower,stretch phase..i started out with 6 waayyy back in the day and wish id done 2 or 3 cause my experience level was low and it got stressful at times moving them around to get to them all.youll have it figured out bout grow #3,but id start slow n easy(crawl before you walk)..its simple once you get your babies dailed in and know what to look for and when.most see issues in wk 4-5 starting flower.just my opinion brother.

I grow 2-3 small sized plants like that in a 2x2 aometimes space is tight but it works amd thats only 4sq ft. You have 9sq ft. , i would feel comfortable running 4-6 sm-med sized autos in a 3x3. Alao depends on how you plan to train them if at all. Hope that helps.

agreed,i train most of mine to get full coverage into the center,so mine always pulled down some.taking up more area space.good point
