Indoor Mephisto Strawberries and Cheese

One week ago today two new seedlings broke the surface in my tent, and I’ve decided to record their progress here in a journal mostly to make it easier for me to keep track of things.

The two strains are Forgotten Strawberries, and Northern Cheese Haze (both from Mephisto Genetics)

Medium is Roots Original Potting Soil, fed Megacrop nutes in autopots.

Lighting is two 3500k autocobs from @BigSm0 at cobshop.net

The Forgotten Strawberries has quickly outpaced the Northern Cheese Haze despite being the second one to surface.

They will be transplanted into standard 3.9 gallon autopots tomorrow evening. The plan is to top them both unless the FS is more strawberry nuggets leaning and stays short and fat. I’m hoping this one is a nice blend of the two parent strains and gets a little more size on her.

Let’s see how committed I can stay to this journal, and keep up with posting weekly updates on progress

Yes the forgotten strawberries came out with the latest round of illuminautos. The strain is sold out on the Mephisto website but might be available elsewhere. Not sure as I’ve only ever ordered Mephisto from Mephisto

@Dabber this may be a good strain to run. We both got the super short and fat pheno this time. Not that it’s a bad thing but it’s almost to compact and the massive fans block light down to the rest of the plant. I haven’t kept up with forgotten cookies but any cross with nugget should make for a better structure
