Oh I've talked to them and know what they want me to do I was just asking if there was anything I should know or do to help the process along and if I needed a note sent with it.

Nice I use roots organic too! I was thinking about ordering some of that super soil amendment from Mephisto tired of pumping sludge into water constantly lol.
