Just call the customer service number on the back of the card and have them lift the block for the purchase. It’s not a big deal, they do that to prevent fraud. When you call and tell them it’s a legitimate purchase they will lift the block temporarily so you can make the purchase.

this^. I have to do it if I’m purchasing anything from an overseas bank and it happens more often than you would think not just for seeds but lots of things, like if you’re a pc gamer some popular stores that have great deals on games are overseas too. It’s a simple short call to enable a transaction and they really don’t care what you need it for the only thing they ever asked me is the country or city of origin for the overseas bank (in the case of mephisto I believe it’s gonna be Madrid-Spain? for you).

Well worth the effort if you ask me!

They recovered nicely .... if thunder was involved I always got incredible growth, outdoor garden,next few days after rains, especially 2nd and 3rd days!
