We should do a grow battle soon your 1000 against my 500. If we can make pretty much everything even I'd love to see how they do. I like kind led. But Amare won my loyalty

I use the sticks to move parts of the plant around so more lite can get to the best area of the buds.
Its easy for me to do it this things this way

That sounds fun!! I have my next few grows planned out already and as I am new to using LED I need some time to test it out!! i have used hps for twenty years and after a few years of research i finally wanted to try it. I was choosing between the fluence SpyderX and the Kind K5 xl1000... Why did Amare win your loyalty? i tell ya what, Rosin tech just won my loyalty over two other rosin press companies due to Rosin-Techs very good customer service compared to the other two companies. I am curious to hear about you Amare light friend!!

So I come from the same background. I have been growing here in Los Angeles for 20 years. All of it either outdoor, or under hid/hps. I finally decide it was time to stop having to switch bulbs, ballasts etc.
When I started looking into LED tech. I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I also found that most LED companies don't exactly tell the truth. Example being companies that try to sell light panels in terms of lumens, or the best ones are "buy this pft5000 led" however the wattage of the light is actually 500watt. However when you read the specs they actually try to convince you it's a 5000 OR "equivalent to a 5000" that one is the best. So once I knew actual wattage from the wall will give you a better understanding of what to expect. ( 1gr. Per watt x m2 ) is a typical example in terms of yield. ( however I'd use .5gr-1.75gr pr W x m2).
So... Then it comes down to spectrum and parts. I chose Amare due to many reasons,
1. great price pr watt
2. Quality materials top bin LEDs
3. VERY good customer support.
4. Spectrum is very fined tuned for MMJ in fact they were first to cater to MMJ production and first to use Cobs on panels.
5. And as a customer I can get my light serviced or updated, maybe a cost like most companies but I have 2 lights from them. My 500 was just updated from the 450 model. In fact i very well might have been the first one in the US with it.
Amare didn't trash talk any company that I mentioned. In fact @AMARE-TECH-Vic was really easy to talk with and helped me understand what I should be looking for in a LED. Price really should be the last thing to worry about IMHO.
All around I do not regret buying from them I get top shelf Every grow.

Rosin tech is the best hands down. Wish I had a press. But shot 3 tents 6 lights hundreds of nutrient containers around the wife would skin me

Forgot to mention. While researching panels I found most were "blurple". amare is "White light revolution" I had read many reports on how blurples affect you after being subjected to them long term. WATCHOUT FOR HEADACHES you're light might be the cause. Anyways the white lights on Amare panels are a pleasure to work under. Cobs are way bright. So it might be preference based but I do like seeing my plants in the most natural color spectrum. And Amares ppfd and par blow Every other panels out of the water at cost per watt and lifelong usage.

I will share with you and all our friends here the formula I use to understand and grow my girls.
P = G + E + (G × E) + se

I will be getting some new seeds to test after jan1,I would test my led again. now at the wall my led is 320 watts from GoGrow led, but as you can see in the Mephisto 2017 GOY this led puts out some beast. :cheers::pighug::headbang:
