I use the sticks to move parts of the plant around so more lite can get to the best area of the buds.
Its easy for me to do it this things this way
see below.
thai stick I love, but have not seen the real thing for over 30yrs now.

yah im not even old enough to have ever seen the real thing as im only 33, but my family tells me that the ones i make are as close as possible to the real thing when compared to other ones they have bought from dispensaries, so i know i can make them at least as good as the professionals do nowadays, but i wouldnt even know where to start if i were to try to recreate what a real thai stick is like

Hey guys, I recently added the Kind k5 xl1000 to my tent, the plants all adjusted within a few days and are loving the new light!

This pic is taken while only the white lights were on

Here it is with the red, blue, and white spectrums all the way up, much worse for taking pics

As you can see the tent is stuffed full. There is a few different methods of hydroponics going on. Anything that does not fit in the tent is under 200 watts of hps and 280 watts of CFL in a five by two foot closet.
