Indoor Mars Hydro grow journal: WildBill does Hubbabubbasmelloscope in EarthBoxes under MarsHydro SP3000

Did the yellowing stop Bill? Did you figure out what was causing it if so?
It stopped and reversed mostly on the left one and stopped and improved a lot on the right, just not to the same as the left.

Not 100% for sure exactly what happened, I caused it with the brainfart running at the most dim setting for several cycles and then me finding out and blasted it to 100%. At the same time pushing the VPD and the girls jumping up getting too close to the light that pushed the roots too hard.

With the compost tea, Recharge and Malted Barley juice directed to repair the roots and stimulate and enhance microbial activity, combined with raising the lights and backing off the VPD, think were all key to halting and improvement of their condition.

Gonna have to put a big pot on the stove to increase the house humidity. Stupid strip heating has it down to 35%..
So damn inefficient! I wish it was gas heat and cooking. I hate electric stoves!

What STS have you had success with. I was going to get 20Twenty's STS to support them on this site, but it’s sold out.

I really don't want to get a cloner. I'd prefer to root them in either plain Roots Organics or some other plain potting mix. I've got some plain little clay pots with trays.

To help with success, how many clones should I make? At least 2 of the HBSS and Kong for reversal and 3 or 4 of the HBSS to pollinate?
From what I remember, I need to take the reversal clones about two weeks before the the female clones, correct?

Have I said I like Sour Stomper's structure?:biggrin::rofl:
I haven't seen a full grow on this strain to see what she'll do as she progresses in the grow. Just from what I've seen so far, she should be a killer low maintenance kinda girl and would really lend herself to a SOG grow. With her open and symmetrical structure, there would be minimal need for manipulation and just basically guide the colas into the net.

@WildBill if you need sour stomper photos from certain stage I can get em from my perpetual journal scrolled through and found its location. Here's a shot of her. She grew taller than my light. Untying her branches would just fall to the ground. My first pheno was smaller. Was actually a mutant. But still smelled like a grape vineyard. 44 inches tall

Damn!

I was thinking of 9 girls in 7gal pots. I dunno know now! LOL! :rofl:

Go Big or Go Home, huh? LOL! I think it could work with 9 in a 4x4.

I tried 6 in a 4 x 4 before, photos. It was like a jungle, had no room for Tower fan, humidifier really....super cramped, hand watering led to broken branches.....that was 3 yrs ago

I think 5 plants is reasonable, 6 is pushin it. Maybe in small pots (less then 5 gallon).

I agree. 7 gallon pots maybe even 4. Looking at my photo 3 plants ain't fitting in that 2x4 that size
