I am still jealous of your Strawberry Cake! I want some! I have seeds just waiting for legalization. (when 18/6 to12/12 is no longer suspicious)

I'm just wondering, how much width could I expect from the IPCBD? I am thinking of growing it beside a Hindu Kush Auto in a 2x2' space...

Hey @VitaMan ! Nice to see you stop by.
My Strawberry Cake is doing very nicely.
She was very vigorous from the start, with good health, growth and branching.
Of course, being in a 1L pot, she is very small.
And I topped her at the 4th, so she has four main tops and four smaller inside tops.
But compared to the other photos in 1L pots (the two pure CBD strains),
she is doing very, very well indeed!
She's starting to put on some crystals now, still all white fuzz and putting out more.
Aroma, is there, not too strong. Faint cheese smell.
I see she has Cheese genetics, and some places she's called Strawberry Cheesecake, as well.

As for my Industrial CBD Auto... she's also doing very nicely.
In a small 2L pot, obviously a small plant.
She's mainly indica, from the Northern Lights heritage.
She really still looks a lot like a NL strain, almost the same aroma, too.
So, she keeps on the shorter side, more stocky, bulky.
Mine is max of about 12" square, mainly in 9" square area.
With a Hindu Kush auto in 2'x2' would be fine.
Depending on how big your pot is, having 2 sq ft each... should do nicely.
I'd probably top her once, and really open her up with LST.
Her branches are quite stiff and solid, so open her early before she hardens up.

There are a couple of other CBD Industrial grows here too.
@Yozhik has one here, he's a massive fan, but growing big big plants:

And @MoreBerry did some here too:

Sweet Seeds would probably say

1. different phenos
2. different conditions
3. different growers

i just hope mine is a strong smoke

Sure. Bottom line is, we all grow different, and each plant is different.
You know how to grow beautiful plants, that's the main thing.

Sweet Skunk drying - Day 3

The drying area has been quite hot, kind of warms up like a hothouse in the afternoon.
It's fairly dry heat though, for area here. RH about 50-60% I think.
So, here's how little Ms Skunk is looking at this point:

That's going to be some nice sticky smoke!!

In the meantime, with more space under the lights,
I supercropped the two longer colas on the Charlotte's Angel.
They are now more directly under the lights.
I used @trailanimal 's advice of softening the stem by crushing around before bending.
Worked very well. Stems otherwise quite stiff and hard.
Work it work it a little, soften them right up, and they go over very easily.
Maybe 8 hrs later they are looking fine.

Also cleaned my grinder with 75% ethanol.
Am going to cook it down, kind of like RSO.
It's a good trial for what I'll do with this harvest.
Maybe some in coconut oil, some tincture and reduce with alcohol.
And have a clean grinder now, of course.. ... :p

Love and hugs,

agreed, i think my finished buds will look very similar to their picture

SWEETSKUNK_AUTO_SWS34.jpg

i think i will get nearly double their expected yield indoor with a 600 w hps. I think they gauge it using 1000w hps over 1 m2 . If i get 250g from 0.25 m2 i will be happy

Indoor Yield: 400-500 g/m2

ive been taking bits off for the last week or so to check on development and the bits i have smoked from day 77 or so are very nice tasting but not really strong enough for me yet. She is drinking 4 pints of water a day and i am seriously considering another hit of Megacrop to see if she will bloom up again and go another 2 weeks before i crop her.

Yeah. Usually this time of year is the spring rains season.
Should be regular rains, high humidity.
But this year it just hasn't happened.
Rainfall only about 1/4 of usual. Not good.
Will prob have water shortages over summer I guess...
It's more like the weather has just jumped straight to the hot season, like July.
But.... it's good for my maturing flowering ladies, haha!
So I'm not complaining too much. :p

Thanks Blanch! Small, but looks very sweet.
I highly recommend Sweet Seeds strains.
The "Red Family" are really red / purple / black.
You mean that the order was nabbed at customs? Ouch!
Stay safe with the orders, okay?
I'm hoping to pick up some nice seeds in California soon.
Just have to work out how to get them home....
