Hey @VitaMan ! Nice to see you stop by.

There are a couple of other CBD Industrial grows here too.
@Yozhik has one here, he's a massive fan, but growing big big plants:
http://www.autoflower.org/threads/yozhik-grow-6-dinafem-industrial-plant-cbd-auto.57570/
And @MoreBerry did some here too:

Thanks Maria! Lots of really useful info. My pots are 3 gal, so it might get a bit bigger. When I grow the IP CBD I will include a Hindu Kush or the like.

So the IP CBD pheno you have has shown its NL roots. Is it low odor like its ancestor?

Your mouth watering description did nothing to ease my jealousy, but I am even more eager to grow it!

Yeah, first times I got it it was called Strawberry Cheesecake. Very same wonderful stuff. It was love at first vape. Good pain relief. Super enjoyable high/stone. Nice berry taste. Instantly on my hit list!

I'll check out the other grows, thanks for the leads. I appreciate it.

Hey hey @VitaMan! No problem, my pleasure.
In 3 gal, it'll get much much bigger.
That's like 11L or so compared to my 2L...
She is fairly low odor, yes.
She was more earthy before, now getting more floral as she bulks up.
Not quite sure how to describe it, just NL type aroma.
Though... in the past I only had one NL plant from clone,
so not sure how representative that was. I believe it was Sensi Seeds.
From ... when .... 1997 I think.
It's very nice and pleasant, sweet really.
Not at all stinky or pungent.
Who's Hindu Kush you doing? Sensi? Who else does Hindu Kush...?

@Maria Sanchez

Looks like Charlotte has had/has a problem.....I have at last got my beans (Auto) and getting ready to do the first indoor grow. Could it be that Charlotte is N2 sensitive, or do you have other opinion ?? Maybe the Auto will behave differently from the Photo...guess I will see !!!

Cheers...Heliman

<blush> 2 litres ! I must have been reading too quickly, I had in my mind 2 Gallon! I had better size down to make this work.

I could probably use a 3 gal air-pot to make 2 smaller ones, I just need to find a right-sized disc....
Freebies from Seedsman, so it could be anybody's :crying:
and I have Stitch Van Kush too, which also might be small enough.

Thanks Blanch! Small, but looks very sweet.
I highly recommend Sweet Seeds strains.
The "Red Family" are really red / purple / black.
You mean that the order was nabbed at customs? Ouch!
Stay safe with the orders, okay?
I'm hoping to pick up some nice seeds in California soon.
Just have to work out how to get them home....

Yes, customs got it now :cuss: but this is the first that hasn't made it. And I got some mosca reg freebies.. if all else fails I could make my own I guess hehe :muahaha:
Great you can get some seeds in Cali, sure you can come up with some imaginative ways to sneak back home :eyebrows:

Yup, Charlotte sure has her problems. Right from the start she was quite sensitive.
Her leaves kind of had that soggy curl down on the edges early on.
Kind of looks like over watering, but even with low watering it didn't change.
She grew very tall and stretched, with very little side branching growth.
And then later she yellowed a bit all around, with lower leaves dropping.
And up top on the tips quite light green too.
I really don't know the reason. As I've experimented with higher and lower N in her feeds.
I don't know why. But I'm thinking that putting a girl like this in a 1L pot is of course not the best.
It may be some kind of pH issue, but I've also flushed a bit...
And her feeding range is pretty much in the same area as the Sweet Pure (fairly healthy),
and the Strawberry Cake (very healthy for a now 9 wk photo in 1L and flowering nicely...).
May just be the particular pheno itself.
And maybe the auto will just be a little more hardy due to the ruderalis genes.
Really wish I could have got the auto version myself....

I think she'd be better in a big pot, lots of room, lots of light, possibly outside.

All the best! Sorry can't be of much help. Just ... keep an eye on her (or them)!

Tag me when you start the Auto Charlotte.

Hehe. No. 2 liters. I think in 3 gal she'd get up to the max size stated by the breeder.
Which is .... IIRC ... up to 1.20 m. Fairly big.
But if you topped and maybe scrogged a little, or just topped twice, should be fine.
And her buds are kind of hefty. Her buds are the chunkiest of all my plants.

Hindu Kush.... if you want the IP to take center stage, just leave the Kush.
Don't they usually grow a fairly short main central stem with little branching?

Anyhoo... good luck. Please tag me when the Industrial bean hits the H2O.

Looking good, except poor Charlotte. I especially like IPCBD, how's her frost? The ones I grew frosted up nicely

Yup... poor Charlotte... I'm keeping her going.
The Sweet Pure will also be low yield.
So, however they turn out, both of them are going to end up as oil or tincture.

Industrial frost is really starting to kick in better now.
The trichomes are kind of short, not long sticking out heads like the Skunk.
Which is also kind of like the Northern Lights IIRC.

But I also wonder if that is (partly?) due to the CBD.
I think I read somewhere that CBD is found in a different kind of trichome to THC.
That THC was in the bulbous head trichs, or something like that.
Let me Google this.....
