New Grower Mara's continuous grow

This week in the grow room, clockwise from lower left: Purple Kush Auto, Gold Leaf Auto S1#2, Vanilla Latte Auto, Jelly Rancher fem, GG4 Auto, Gold Leaf Auto S1 #1. Details below, in order of expected harvest.

Vanilla Latte Auto (Humboldt thru Hembra) is 62, in 4 gallons of homegrown compost. I've been taking off leaves as they get yellow. Starting to fatten up the buds now:

Jelly Rancher fem (Humboldt thru Hembra) is 70, in 5 gallons of homegrown soil. She's looking otherworldly. I expect absolute psychedelia:

GG4 Auto is 51 today. My first coco grow, and also my biggest girl yet at 28" tall:

The Gold Leaf Auto S1 sisters are in fast growth now. Topped at 3 weeks old above the 4th node, #2 was FIM and put on 4 more nodes in a week, so I topped her a 2nd time yesterday, above the 8th node (with my little 100w lights i need a flat top):

The baby is my 2nd try at Purple Kush Auto. You can see the start of node2. I'm looking for 3 more nodes in time to top her above node 4:

I got tired of moving plants every day to empty drip pans, so I fabricated runoff collectors to go under the shelves that drain straight into a bucket. The black fabric is fiber-reinforced vinyl salvaged from billboards. The drain fitting is by Botanicare ($5 on eBay). Two shelves are done, working on one for the back shelf:

Here's another TGIF update. I had to set GG4 Auto on the floor to get everybody in the picture. On the shelves, clockwise from lower left, are Purple Kush Auto, Vanilla Latte Auto, Jelly Rancher fem, and the 2 Gold Leaf Auto S1's:

Here are some details, starting with my current crush, GG4 Auto, 58 days old. She's scaring me a little. I thought she was done stretching last week, but she added another 6 inches since last Friday, now 34" tall. I trimmed off all her lower bushiness on Saturday. The edge of the pot is too far away now to be any use for LST, so I dropped a 15" diameter wire hoop between the colas to spread them (you can see part of it in the upskirt pic). She's getting fed twice a day, 2 liters each, so a gallon of liquid every day (with 10% runoff):

Vanilla Latte Auto is 69 days old. Cloudy trichomes. She's getting molasses to fatten up those buds. I'm gonna dry a little lower bud in the Arizer Solo later and try a vape to see what she can do. I hate to rush her, but I'm running out of space:

Jelly Rancher Fem is 77 days old today, and partly cloudy. Such a pretty girl:

The Gold Leaf Auto S1 sisters are 38 and 41 days old. They share a 4 foot shelf with the big girl (GG4), so they're wedged in a corner until somebody gets harvested. The older is in 3 gallons of coco, the younger is in 2 gallons. The older was topped above node 4, the younger above node 8 (FIM on node 4):

Purple Kush Auto is sweet 17. She's trying to pump out a 4th node now. I hope to chop off the 5th node when it arrives, and is big enough to snip:

I didn't see your question 'til now, sorry. No, that's Vanilla Latte Auto in that pic. She has filled out a little, but her buds never got very thick. Sticky though and smells heavenly. I'm about to post another weekly update.

Vanilla Latte Auto is 76. She's about done too. I'll wait another week or 2 and see if her buds get any thicker:


GG4 Auto is 65. She has stopped stretching at 35". My first coco grow, my biggest plant by far, my first plant to stay green this long:


The Gold Leaf Auto S1 sisters are 48 and 45 days old. They look a hot mess from being scrunched in a corner, under the bustle of the GG4 (they were sharing a 4' shelf with the GG4 'til today):

She got topped on day 21:

I found this seed rolling around in my sock drawer. I'm calling it Gold Leaf Auto S1 #3. I stuck her tail in coco yesterday, and she's already trying to stand up:
